(Y/N) POV

I walk inside my house in defeat. I know what's coming before it even happens

I open the door and there she is

"(Y/N), I thought I told you to behave," my mom starts scolding me

"You kicked the girl's washroom door down...seriously," she yells

"Mom, let me exp--," I begin before she cuts me off

"What's wrong with you seriously...I just can't handle it.." She says as she walks past me out of the door. I'm left standing exactly where I entered.

I look out the window to see her get into the car and drive away

"I shoulda expected that," I mutter as I walk to my room

I lay on my bed as I rethink my day.

It's gonna be hard to make friends after today... Really hard

What am I gonna do? Like seriously, I'm probably gonna be isolated again.

I remember all my past schools...and this one is gonna be no different...I wish it would just end. I say as I look at my ceiling.

I feel my eyes drift shut as I fall asleep

"Take care of your mom while I'm away, ok kiddo?" I dream of my father saying

"Anything for you," I say with a smile only a kid 6 years of age can make

"Goodbye, buddy," was the last thing he ever said as he walked away in his military uniform.

I sudden walk up from banging on our door

"Coming!" I yell as I struggle to get out of bed. I finally answer the door

"Why didn't you answer the door earlier," Mom says slurring her words. She reeks of beer

"Did you go out drinking?" I ask her as she stumbles into the house

"Maybe," she says laughing as I notice she doesn't have her car

"Where's the car?" I ask

"The bar," she says giggling as I take off her shoes

I sigh as she looks at me

"You have been a bad boy," She says as she half heartily scolds me

"I mean, it's hard to get a job when you can only work for two weeks before you have to move again...like seriously," she says

"I'll go grab the car," I say as I leave the house. At times like these, it's best just to leave her alone.

"Now, what bar are you talking about," I say as I speed walk and take my phone out

"Grr," I say as I search up bars.

My already bad day just keeps getting worse and worse.

In my walk toward the bar. I didn't notice someone turned the corner because of my phone and I accidentally knocked someone to the ground

"Ouch," I hear a girl as I apologize

"I'm sorry," I say as I help her up

"Are you ok Kate?" Another girl asks as she comes into view...it's the same girl fro the school....the one who was getting bullied

"It's all good," the girl I knocked over says. She had dark blue hair and was kinda cute. Before I look at the two girls more a guy came around the corner

"Oy, they are mine," He says with a huge smirk as the blue-haired girl smiles and Abby blushes

"I'm your sister you jack nut," she says to the guy as he laughs

"Aww, is someone embarrassed," he teases her more

"Cut it out," The girl with blue hair says as she pulls him down to her height and gives him a glare

"Ok, ok I'll stop," He says as she releases him and turns to me

"Sorry for the trouble we caused you," she says as I shake my head

"It's me who knocked you down, no need to say sorry," I say as Abby finally looks at me

"Your that guy!" Abby says loudly before covering her mouth

"The guy?" The other girl asks

"The one I was telling you about," Abby says as the guy cues in

"The one who broke the women's washroom door off its hinges...yes, yes," he says as he tries to hide his laughter

"Then we should be saying thank you. Abby is always getting in trouble with those girls," The blue-haired girl says as she looks at Abby

"Not my fault," Abby says looking away

"We are thankful you stepped in, it sucks that you got suspended for that, my names Kate by the way," she continues

"(Y/N)," I say

"Anyway, we got to get going," she says as they leave

"Thanks," Abby says as they disappear up the road.

What strange people.

I continue to the bar...and thank god that her car is sitting at the first one I went to. I grab to keys from out of my pocket and went to get into the car...but they aren't there

"Hey wait!" I hear someone from down the road yell. I look closer and it's Kate

"You dropped your keys!" She yells as we walk forward one another

"Thanks," I mutter as she goes to hand me the keys. Before she could, a sudden pain hits my face as I'm thrusted to the ground

"There's that punk," I hear someone say over me

Suddenly, I feel my body get lifted as I see the one who punched me

"This is what you get for embarrassing my girlfriend," he says

"Let the poor kid down," Kate says as he looks at her

"Or what? bitch," He says as his smug face turns into pain as Kate kicks his testicles. I get dropped to the ground as he struggles to stand

"Hmph," Kate says in victory

"Oh god your gonna regret this," he says as he struggles with words

"No, she ain't," I hear the guy from better as a knee enters the equation. The thug gets put down instantly as Abby's brother knees him in his face

"You don't mess with my lady," he says as the thug lays in the dirt

"Feels strange picking on high school kids," he says as both him and Kate laugh

"we Still got it," Kate says as she looks at me

"You ok?" she asks

"I'll be fine," I mutter

"It's a shame guys like this are so pathetic," Abby's brother says

"Yea...poor Abby," Kate says

"We better get on our way before someone calls the police...take care of Abby for me at school eh? you seem to be a good kid," he says as they disappear just as quickly as they appeared

"Umm ok?" I mutter seriously weirded out by the two adults.

I make my way to moms car and drive it back home...it's certainly has been an interesting day
