Christine woke up to the sound of music coming from downstairs. It sounded beautiful. She was almost in a trance due to its beautiful melodies. She got up made her bed and headed downstairs. As she stepped down the stairs she heard the music coming from a room down the hall. She walked down the hall and noticed the door was open. She saw Erik sitting at the piano playing then writing some things down on sheet music. She walked in and stood next to him admiring how he played the instrument. 
"O I'm sorry Christine did I wake you."
"Yes but this is a beautiful thing to wake up to. What are you playing?"
"I'm writing a new Opera call Don Juan Triumphant."
"It sound amazing."
"Thank you."
Erik played more then wrote some more before he looked up at Christine.
"Would you like to sing some for me."
"If you would like."
"Here sing this part right here."
"No thoughts within her head but thoughts of joy no dreams within her heart but dreams of love."
After the last lyric she looked at Erik.
"That was... perfect."
Erik said looking back up at her. There seemed to be a spark or twinkle in her eyes after she sang.
"Do you love singing Christine?"
"Yes it is almost the only thing that brings me joy."
"Would you like to work at the Famous Paris Opera House I help in the orchestra and I hire the singers."
"Really?! Thank you so much Erik."
She said hugging him with all her might. Erik was shocked but started wrapping his arms around her. She pulled away and looked at Erik.
"O I have something for you."
Erik said pulling out a black box.
"Here I thought you might like it when you need to go to town."
She opened the box to see a porcelain mask that would cover her face.
"It's beautiful. Thank you so much Erik you have been to kind to me. I don't deserve any of this."
"You deserve everything in this world. You are very kind who ever told you that your not worthy of anything they are not human."
Christine started to smile.
"Thank you Erik."
"Let's go to town and get you a few things alright?"
"Alright."
Christine and Erik put on their masked and headed out to town.
