Alec was at the office stirring the coffee cup he made for Magnus. A smile didn't left his face as the event last night came through his mind. He placed the cup neatly on Magnus table when suddenly the man himself appeared in the room. "Good morning Mr Bane." He greeted with a wide smile. He swore he could see Magnus tried to smile back but forced back and instead he walked pass Alec and took his seat behind the desk while sipping through his coffee. Alec rolled his eyes back and walked out of the room to do his job.

He barely sat down when suddenly his phone rang and Magnus' voice echoed through the speaker. "Mr Lewis, my office now." He commanded. Alec quickly grabbed his notepad and his pen to write down whatever things Magnus wants him to do and silently walked in to the office with a soft knocked on the door. He entered after he was instructed. "Y-Yes Mr Bane, anything I can do for you?" He stutters.

"I need you to do something for me today. You won't be needing here at the office." He furrowed his eyebrow after he heard Magnus instructions. "B-But I have things to do plus our meetings. I need to finish my -"

"Did I say you can interrupt me?" He asked rudely earning Alec a scowled. He swore if he could, he would take this man in front of him right here right now but he had to put up with him for his job sake. So instead of arguing back he shook his head and turned his gaze back to his notepad. He could feel Magnus smirk from where he was sitting even though he didn't look up to see it personally.

"I need you to inspect the area for my new hotel. Take notes on what is good and what is bad. Tell me everything at your point of view. I want another man opinion." He instructed and soon when he finished he raise his hand allowing Alec to speak again. "You have other people more qualified to do that. What happened to your interior design?" He asked. Magnus stood up before he pace behind his desk and stopped looking at Alec. "All the people I hired to designed it, my share holders, my previous PA, took everything I said to fulfill it. Not even a denies nor a comment, just agreed to everything I had said which is a no help at all. If I want that I could hire a five year old to design my hotel and they are even better judge than most people cause they were honest. Plus I don't want you to strain your hand until it gets better. Only then you could come back and do your normal routine." He said without even glanced at Alec.

Alec didn't knew whether to be flattered or rather intimidated. He still could work even so his hand hurts and he definitely felt flattered when Magnus remembers and rather concern about his injury. But out of all people, why him? He did mentioned his previous PA which means he sent them to do exact same thing. Maybe its the right thing to do, to prove to him that he is worth the hire. He want to impress Magnus in a good way not in a seductive, less honorable way.

He didn't notice he was thinking so hard that he didn't answered Magnus question. He didn't even realized he was actually called by Magnus several times before he was startled by a sudden slammed on the table. He looked up and see Magnus was leaning against the desk with both of his arm on it looking at Alec with rather unpleasing look. "Huh?" The only response he could give at the moment which annoys Magnus the most.

"Were you listening to me? You have orders and you need to carry out your order so leave!" He raised his voice and pointed at the door. Alec hurried himself and fled before he stopped and turned to face Magnus. "S-S-Sir? If I may?" He asked and how he hated his stutters. "You're still here Alexander. I told you to carry out your orders." He said without even bother to look at Alec. He failed to see how his boss making him to do things that beyond his capability. What if he screwed up? What if he didn't like what Alec suggested? What if he got fired from doing this. Questions were played all over Alec's head and he started to get headache thinking further into this. He just sighed and thanked him before he took his leave.

After he gather all the information needed for him to be at the hotel from Maia, Alec was drove to the said place by Magnus' private company car, as instructed by him. He stood before the grand building, noted the building is not that finished and the view outside doesn't look much from what it will be but Alec knew how grand it will be. Same goes for all the hotel Magnus owned. He stepped inside clutching his iPad tightly in his arm. He enters the lobby area and saw the workers were lingering around. Magnus has some quite numbers of workers and no wonder his hotel could be finished within few years.

The inside wasn't finished as it promised to be, the grand staircase was grey and the tiles was not yet in place, so does the curtain and the huge pillars and the walls weren't even painted yet. He was gawking at the area when suddenly a person cleared her throat behind him alerting him her presence. "Can I help you?" She asked. He turned and saw the person in front of him who wears too much make up and rather tight dress that hugged her petite body. True she has a great body but walking around with that kind of dress in this kind of places must be uncomfortable. Plus with all these workers coming back and forth eye fucking her all the time they passed by. Maybe she liked the attention given, or maybe she was expecting Magnus to come so she can showed her assets.

"Y-Yeah, I was sent by Mr Bane for the designs. He said I could help pointing some ideas back to him." He heard her scoffed before turned her body and flipped her lhair. She went towards the huge table behind her with a spread sheet all over the table with multiple designs and colors. He walked to the table and stand next to her. She continued to ignore his presence and kept talking to the one of the worker there, instructing him to do things for her, in a rather harsher tone.

"Look kid, I don't know why he send you here but I don't need anyone to point out my mistakes. I certainly didn't get my degree only to be pointed out by some kid who doesn't even know between cerulean or turquoise. So just stay out of my way and you do what I told you too you got me?" She said towards Alec's face with a smug look, one hand she placed on her hips while the other pointed at Alec's face. Alec just nodded since he also new at this thing and he need to learn a lot. Imagine all these crazy rich people would do to get things their way.

Alec listened and followed all her orders the whole day and by lunch he already feel exhausted. This woman, Natalie Pearce, is a horrid woman and whoever married her Alec would feel pity for the guy. She sure enough bossy with commands but her high pitch voice is what Alec couldn't stand. Why exactly Magnus hired her in the first place? "No you bloody idiot! I said there, not there! You guys are so stupid! How many times should I tell you what to do?" She was up and all about the place, instructing the men to do things her way and Alec felt pity for the men who works under her.

"Miss Pearce, I'm leaving for my lunch, I will see you back after." Alec said as he was about to turned he was held by her with such a strong force from her grip. "Not so fast." She said and Alec turned back with a look on his face shown 'what else did she wants'.

"I want you to go to Macy's and grabbed me my usual there and then you go to Santana's Corp and bring me back all those copies I ordered. Owh, and do go to Barney's and bring me my usual orders as well." She said and continued picking up her papers.

"With all do respect miss, I don't work for you. I work for Mr Bane so if you want all those orders, you get your PA to do it for you. I'll see you after lunch." He said before taking his leave.

"You cocky ungrateful person are you. You should be so lucky you were hired by Bane and don't forget, I am your superior at the moment. How would you feel if I told Mr Bane that his PA slacking around and disobeyed orders. Not too mentioned he also tried to seduce me into sleeping with him and insisted on it. Now it would be some speculations but a woman always would appear victim doesn't it?" She walked forward slowly and gripped Alec by his arm which he flinched it away.

"You horrid woman. There are witnesses and they would know you are lying. In what way you think you will get out of this?" He asked, he never felt anymore disgusted by the way she let her fingers travelled around his body. "You think I don't pay my man enough? They would do anything, kneeled if they have too just to make sure I don't screw their lives, now I suggested you do so."

She shoved Alec back with forced and Alec felt rage build up in his chest. How dare this woman had the nerve to threaten him like this. But again, is he willing to lose his job over this bitch? Magnus would never believe him since they way she spoke of him, she must have known him for quite some time. What point of arguing with this woman, she would get away with anything. Seems like it in this world. Money and fame will get your way, never honest or truth. Slowly Alec let his gaze down, signing in defeat. She had a smug expression on her face claiming her victory.

Alec left the building feeling raged and humiliated after being treated like this. He was about to enter the car when he notice the driver Jax, he is one of Magnus private driver. He reports literally everything and anything back to Magnus so Alec can't risk him telling Magnus where he took him so he decide to tell him that he will be taking his lunch nearby within walking distance so he won't have to drive him. So much for an answer, he nodded and Alec sighed in relieved. He went through the crowds since its lunch time and disappeared carrying out his chores. He wonders how long can he keep up with this lies. Sooner or later he will leave this horrid woman and he won't be seeing her again. Those words were the one keeping Alec strong and within days he would be able to escape from her. 

At the office

"Is it the right thing to do?" Maia asked him with a pleading look. "You know how Natalie is Mags, she will bullied Alec for all the nonsense reason and Alec for one would do anything for her since he is too scared to lose his job and too obedient if I must say." Maia asked him again. He sighed resting his elbow on the table rubbing his face. "I know, but don't worry. Its only for few days. I trust him to be professional about it. Why are you so worried? You like him?" He raised his eyebrow towards Maia and she leaned back, shaking her head in disbelief.

"Oh come on Mags, as much as I want him to like me he didn't sway that way. Plus, I believe he's taken." She winked at him before leave his room. Their relationship passes beyond employer-employee. They knew each other since college. Magnus helped her a lot in finding her a job and gave her a place to stay. He shake his head off trying to process what did Maia told him just now. He never knew that Alec is gay nor did he knew anything about Alec's private life.

He is aware that he is engage and soon to be wed with his beloved but deep down, something about Alec made him curious in finding out more about him. He is more than just a pretty face and his behavior is somewhat questionable. He acted like he was raised by a well-educated family since his adapting to Magnus work really fast shown he is actually pretty smart. But the way he acted as if he was raised by a Hitler. Like Maia said, too obedient. He pushed the thoughts aside and pray for Alec soul to survive the witch.

He didn't mean to let Alec suffer her bitchy attitude but Natalie is a great designer and Magnus wants to test Alec's limit and knowledge on whether or not he could handle his duty. Little by little Alexander personal features has somehow open up Magnus curiosity and he determined to find out more about him.
