Semblance: like ruby he has super speed, but unlike her, he can keep running in incredible speed and never get tired. If he activates his Aura and use his speed semblance, time itself will freez and he'll be around places without time moving

Based on: a bit of Leo in tmnt and a bit of sonic the hedgehog

Theme:

Backstory: was just a normal kid who lived in Mistral, but soon moved to Vale to go to Signal academy, but he would sneak out at night to fight thugs who did crimes like robbing stores or stop muggings. He met proffesor Ozpin one night when he was caught by Glynda Goodwitch. He was impressed on what he does every night and looked forward to have him a student at Beacon. Now he is the team leader of Team JOHN.
