When Jungkook got to the apartment, he so wasn't expecting anyone other than Jiyeon to be home. She was there because her car keys were on the kitchen counter and her shoes were at the door— but Seokjin's shoes weren't in the doorway. Jungkook felt relieved about that.

Until he opened his bedroom door.

"What the—"

"Shh!" Seokjin was in his bedroom with three empty soju bottles in front of him. Jungkook cursed at him.

"Shh?!" he repeated as he quickly closed his door and stepped up to Seokjin, taking the next half-empty bottle out of his hands.

Seokjin's head fell and then he laid back onto the rug, scowling up at the younger.

"You're in my bedroom?!" Jungkook whisper-shouted. "And 'shh'? Jiyeon doesn't know you're here? Oh my—" Jungkook narrowed his eyes at Seokjin. "You wore your shoes in my bedroom?"

It just kept getting worse.

The older's eyes fluttered closed and he laughed softly to himself. Jungkook could choke him.

"Why are you in here?" he asked, to which Seokjin re-opened his eyes to meet his as he spoke.

"Need you," he muttered, his words dragging slightly. "Need someone. Please jus' help me."

Damn right, he needed help. He needed help walking right out the door. "You broke into my room. Are you crazy or something?"

"Told you I was coming." He frowned at Jungkook. "I need help. She's gonna leave me, Jeon."

Jungkook had no idea what he was talking about and it was clear that the alcohol was getting to him. He didn't know what to do.

"Go sleep in Jiyeon's room. We can talk in the morning."

Seokjin sat up and shook his head as he reached for Jungkook's wrist. "No, don't tell her I'm here. I just want you to know. I came here for your help."

His help.

Jungkook sighed, his hair falling as his head did. "Fine." He pulled his wrist from Seokjin's hold and pointed at the end of the bed. "You can sleep down here. Right on the edge."

"Sleep?"

"I'm tired and I'm not helping you while you're drunk. And you're not going home drunk, either." He put one of his pillows at the end of the bed. "Sleep here and we'll talk tomorrow."

He's too kind.

Too kind to someone who invited himself into his room. Too kind to someone he had no reason to be kind to— at least not this kind.

Seokjin got on the end of the bed and Jungkook shook his head as he made himself comfortable on the pillow. As Jungkook got himself some pajamas, Seokjin spoke,

"She's gonna leave me," he muttered. "Gonna leave me for him."

Jungkook froze a bit as he looked back at Seokjin. He hadn't kept up with Jiyeon or anything, but what was he talking about? Who is him? Jiyeon wouldn't leave Seokjin, right? After all Jungkook did to help them out, Jiyeon's making Seokjin second-guess their relationship? Really?

And...
This is Kim Seokjin.

Every girl in their university drools over him. He's known to be quiet most times, but his good looks have everyone fallen for him nonetheless. Why does Seokjin think Jiyeon's going to leave him for someone else?

"Just go to sleep. Stop thinking so much."

Seokjin huffed as he turned over so Jungkook couldn't see his face anymore. Rude guy...

Such an interesting guy.
