ANSWER:

It will start working on the 6 th day.

Upto 5 days 5 cells get charged. On the 6 th day the remaining 5 get charged totalling to 10 cells. So, the analyser will work during the day. But during the night 4 get discharged leaving 6 charged cells. The next day again they get charged and it will work..
