So, y = 3x

the boy has y-10 = 3x-10
Then, he was having twice as that of her.
So, y-10 = 3x-10= 2(x+10)
  3x-10= 2x + 20
   3x - 2x = 20 + 10
      x = 30
and y = 3x = 90
So, the girl and the boy initially had 30 & 90.
After giving 10, the boy had 80 and the girl 40.
This is twice as that of the girl.
So, the boy gives 20.
Now, both of them have 60 each.
