A king had a beautiful daughter who was also very intelligent. The king decided to marry her to the most intelligent lad of his kingdom.

The princess told her father that she will marry the person who is shrewd enough to answer her questions.

So everyday hundreds of eligible lads went to the court but returned back in vain without succeeding.

The king was very much worried.

One day, the hero of our story who is an attractive as well as an intelligent lad came to the court...

The princess was pleased to see him and asked him three questions.

But he was given the condition that he should answer all the three in a single word.

The questions were...

1. What does a father gives his son on his death bed?

2. What is that you have that made you to come here?

3. What do you use to say what happens tomorrow?

The hero was delighted as this was a cake walk for him.

He answered  and married the princess and they lived happily ever after..
