NightBrine's POV:

"NIGHT! NIGHT WAKE UP!" Those were the sounds that I woke up on.

"WHAT! WHAT?!" I shouted.

"There's something you have to see!" Marlon screamed.

I quickly got out of my bed and headed outside. I saw Logan, Hank, Scott, Shark, Moose, and Unspeakable standing not moving a muscle.

I looked at the place they were looking at and saw the true meaning of horror.

Infront of our house was a pool of dead players and villagers.

I fell to my knees and felt sick. "Oh my god. Who would do this?" I said under my breath.

"This work is a Brine's work for sure" Moose said "I know one when I see the hostages" he finished.

"But NightBrine is the only Brine in entire Minecractia, and I'm sure he didn't do this" Marlon said.

"I don't know man, all I know is that there is a monster on the loose" said Moose.

" And he paid us a visit last night" said Logan coming out covered in blood.

"Oh my god Logan, what happened to you?" Asked Hank covering his mouth.

"Scott," Logan said looking down.

"What about him?" I asked.

"He's....dead" Logan said the last words between breathes because of fear.

Just then, I felt pain run through me. I collapsed on the ground and started screaming and shouting of pain. "Get.......back" is the thing I  managed to say.

"GET BACK EVERYBODY!" Screamed Marlon.

I shouted one last time then lost the feeling of my body. I could only use my eyes now and saw on the edge of my eye Marlon hiding in a room.

I then saw the ground getting far and very soon, I was floating in the middle of the room.

"NightBrine, are you okay?" Asked Shark.

"I'm not NightBrine. I'm Herobrine!" My mouth said.

Marlon's POV:

I hid in Scott's room and saw his head  on his bed and the rest of his body parts hanging separately on the roof with fire chains. Whoever did this is a true monster I thought.

"I'm Herobrine!" I heard someone say.

I gasped then fell to my knees "It's NightBrine. The ore he swallowed was Herobrine's soul. And now, he's in him" I said realising everything.

I looked through the openings in the door and saw NightBrine holding his magical diamond sword in a hand, and a fire ball in another.

Then, he charged down at everyone and a fight began. You gotta go said a voice in my head.

What? No! I replied.

You have to. They are all dead. Run now when you have the time the voice replied.

I can't. They're my friends. And I promised myself I'll deliver NightBrine back to his village safely, and I never break a promise! I said in my head.

But... The voice said.

Ever! I shouted and charged out the door just to see Logan getting decapitated.

I looked left and right and saw everyone dead except for Shark, Moose, and Unspeakable, but they had bruises everywhere. "NO!" I shouted and ran towards NightBrine.

I tackled him and made sure he can't move. "This will hurt you more than me Night" I said and punched him hard on the head enough to knock him out.

Five seconds later, he stood up and said "Ugh, what happened?"

"You were possessed by Herobrine. When you ate his soul, he lived in you, and  now he takes over your body you when you are surrounded by your friends" I explained.

"Waw, I did all this?" NightBrine asked.

"Not you, Herobrine killed everyone" I said.

"Except for us" said Shark getting to close to us with the other two.

"I'm very, very, very sorry. I couldn't stop him, he was too strong" NightBrine apologised.

"It's okay. It's not your fault" Shark said.

"Now where do we go?" Asked Moose.

"I know the right place" I said smiling.
