As you stood in front of the mirror, admiring how you looked after getting ready, Taehyung walked into the room, having changed into a sleek black outfit. His eyes widened as he saw you, a smile spreading across his face. He walked towards you and wrapped his arms around your waist, resting his chin on your shoulder, both of you reflected in the mirror.

"Wow, you look stunning," Taehyung murmured, his warm breath sending shivers down your spine as you met his gaze through the mirror.

"Thank you," you replied, a soft blush coloring your cheeks.

Taehyung's lips curled into a grin as he whispered in your ear, "You know what? Let's drop all our plans for today. I just want to have you up right now."

You couldn't help but laugh at his playful remark, feeling his warmth seeping into your skin. "Oh really? And what makes you think I'll let you do that?"

Taehyung chuckled, his arms tightening around you. "Because you can't resist me, that's why."

A grin tugged at your lips as you raised an eyebrow, playfully challenging him back. "Oh? And what did you have in mind?"

His arms around you tightened slightly, his touch sending a thrill through you. "I think I want to devour you right now," Taehyung whispered huskily, his gaze dark with desire.

You playfully slapped his arm, laughing softly. "We're already running late, Taehyung."

Ignoring your protests, Taehyung gently brushed aside a few strands of your hair, revealing the delicate curve of your neck. Leaning in, he placed a tantalizing kiss on the soft skin just below your ear, his lips sending a wave of tingling sensations through your body.

"We can't keep everyone waiting," you said, trying to sound firm but failing as his touch left you feeling weak in the knees. Taehyung chuckled softly, his voice low and seductive. "I can't resist you, darling. You're too tempting to ignore."

You turned to face him, your eyes meeting his in the reflection of the mirror. "You're impossible," you said, though the sparkle in your eyes betrayed the fondness you felt for him. Taehyung flashed you a charming grin, his gaze intense yet playful.

"Who said anything about being sensible?" he replied, his words laced with a hint of mischief. "Let's make them wait a little longer. I'd much rather savor this moment with you."

A soft gasp escaped your lips as he sucked on that spot, leaving a mark that would surely be visible to anyone who looked closely.

"I've marked you," Taehyung murmured, his voice laced with playful arrogance.

"Tae," you protested weakly, though the fire in your eyes betrayed your true feelings. "Now everyone will know."

A grin played on Taehyung's lips as he met your gaze in the mirror. "Let them see. Let them know who you belong to," he murmured, his voice laced with possessiveness and adoration.

"Now, can we leave?" you teased, your tone laced with subtle invitation. The air between you crackled with unspoken promises as you met his eyes through the mirror, a silent exchange passing between you that spoke volumes.

With a final lingering kiss on the nape of your neck, Taehyung released you from his hold, a playful glint in his eyes. "Let's go, then," he said, his voice husky with suppressed desire as he took your hand, leading you out of the room.

"Happy birthday, Yoora!" you exclaimed in unison, making her turn towards you with a surprised look.

"Thank you so much, both of you! I'm so glad you could make it," Yoora said, hugging you both tightly.

As you both took your seats, you couldn't help but notice Jimin sitting alone in the corner. Just then, Jungkook approached, his face lighting up at the sight of you and Taehyung.

"Hey, guys! So glad you could make it," Jungkook greeted, giving each of you a friendly hug.

Excusing yourself, you made your way over to Jimin, hoping Taehyung hadn't seen you.
"Hey, Jimin. Mind if I join you?" you asked, trying to sound casual.

Jimin looked up, surprised by your sudden appearance. "Oh, hey. Yeah, sure, have a seat."

"Why are you sitting here all alone?"

Jimin looked up, a faint smile playing on his lips. "Just needed a breather from the crowd, you know?"

"Is it because of Taehyung?" you probed gently.

Jimin's expression turned thoughtful as he glanced over at where Taehyung and Jungkook were engaged in a conversation. "Maybe," he admitted. He looked up at you, his expression filled with remorse.

"I'm sorry," Jimin began, his voice barely above a whisper. "I know three years ago when you left, it was because of me. I've been carrying this guilt with me ever since."

His words hung heavy in the air, and you could feel the weight of his confession. You reached out and placed a comforting hand on his shoulder, assuring him that it wasn't his fault

"Jimin, the situation back then was complicated. Anyone in your place would have reacted the same way. It wasn't your fault."

A faint smile tugged at the corners of Jimin's lips, gratitude shining in his eyes. "You have a big heart, you know that?" he remarked, his voice filled with sincerity.

You took a deep breath and met his gaze. "Jimin, if you truly want to move forward and let go of the past, you need to talk to Taehyung," you said gently. "Sorting out all the misunderstandings will help both of you find closure and peace."

Jimin nodded. "You're right, I'll talk to Taehyung and clear things up." he agreed.

You smiled and said "I will go se where's Yoora."

You went towards Yoora as Jimin stood up from his seat and went towards Taehyung.

-------------------------------

Jimin took a deep breath as Jungkook walked away, leaving him and Taehyung alone.

You, Jungkook, and Yoora stood at a distance, watching as Jimin and Taehyung face each other.

Jungkook raised an eyebrow, turning to look at Yoora. "Do you think they'll be able to sort things out?" he asked, his voice full of concern.

Yoora nodded confidently, her eyes fixed on the two friends ahead. "They've been through so much together. I believe they'll find a way to clear up this misunderstanding."

"I hope they can patch things up," You said softly, a tinge of hope in your voice.

Jungkook let out a small chuckle, nudging You playfully. "Don't worry, with Yoora's optimism and their bond, I'm sure they'll be back to their old selves in no time."

Jimin and Taehyung sat across from each other, each lost in their own thoughts, the tension palpable in the air. After what felt like an eternity, Jimin finally mustered the courage to speak.

"It's been a long time, hasn't it?" Jimin said softly, his words hanging heavy in the air.

Taehyung nodded awkwardly, his eyes avoiding Jimin's gaze. There was an unspoken understanding between them, a shared history that neither could ignore.

Jimin took a deep breath, his words filled with sincerity. "I just wanted to say that I'm sorry. For everything that happened three years ago. I know it was immature of me, and I regret how things turned out."

Taehyung looked up, meeting Jimin's gaze for the first time since he entered the room. There was a flicker of surprise in his eyes, a hint of vulnerability that Jimin had never seen before.

"It's okay, Jimin," Taehyung replied, his voice barely above a whisper. "We were both young and foolish back then. I've moved past it, and I hope you have too."

Silence settled between them once again, but this time it was a comforting silence, a sign of unspoken forgiveness and understanding.

"I've missed you, Taehyung. I missed our friendship." Jimin confessed, his voice barely above a whisper.

Taehyung smiled softly, his eyes reflecting a mixture of emotions. "I missed you too, Jimin. I missed our talks, our laughter... everything."

As they sat there, the weight of the past slowly lifting off their shoulders, they realized that some friendships were worth fighting for.

Jungkook turned to You and Yoora, a smile on his face. "Sometimes, all it takes is a conversation to mend what's broken."

"I guess the cold war is officially over," Yoora said with a grin, watching as Jimin and Taehyung hugged it out.

You chuckled, a sense of contentment filling your heart. "And just in time for summer," you added, feeling grateful for the bonds of friendship that brought you all together.
