You woke up early, excited and a little nervous for your first day at university. The thought of starting a new chapter in your life filled you with a mixture of anticipation and anxiety.
Your Outfit
Your first destination was the principal's office, where you needed to collect your schedule for the semester. You knocked on the door and, after a brief pause, the principal invited you in.
"Good morning, sir," you greeted hesitantly, trying to appear confident.
"Good morning! You must be the new student joining us today." The principal, a middle-aged man with kind eyes and a warm smile, stood up and extended his hand for a handshake. "I'm Principal Lee. Welcome to our university."
"Thank you, sir," you replied, shaking his hand firmly.
He handed you a neatly bound booklet containing your schedule. Leaving the principal's office, with your schedule safely in hand, you felt a wave of relief wash over you. The nerves were still there, but they were now laced with excitement.
There, just a few meters away, was a boy kneeling down in front of a closed classroom door. You furrowed your brows, puzzled by what you were witnessing. Why would someone be kneeling in front of an empty classroom? The sight piqued your curiosity, and you approached the boy cautiously.
"Um, excuse me," you said softly, trying not to startle him. "Is everything okay? Why are you kneeling here?"
Startled, the boy looked up at you, his eyes wide with surprise. "Oh, uh, yeah, I'm fine," he stammered, struggling to find the right words.
"Are you sure?" you pressed further, noticing a hint of unease in his expression. "You seem a little distressed. Is there something I can do to help?"
The boy hesitated for a moment before sharing his story. "There was a group of bullies harassing me earlier, and they made me kneel down as a form of humiliation. They wanted to prove that they were in control."
It was disheartening to see someone being subjected to such mistreatment on their first day of university. Without thinking twice, you offered him a supportive smile and extended a helping hand.
"No one should have to go through that, you should complain about the bully. Don't let him get away with his actions." you said firmly.
Unbeknownst to both of you, the watcher from before seethed in anger. He vowed silently to make your time at university difficult.
The boy sighed heavily and replied, "I wish it were that easy, but you don't understand. Taehyung's father is one of the trustees of our college. He has immense power, and if he wants, he can literally throw anyone out without anyone even batting an eye."
You were taken aback by this revelation, but determined to help the boy, you asked, "Are you saying that he can get away with bullying simply because of his father's influence?"
The boy nodded sadly. "Exactly. It's a difficult situation for all of us. Taehyung knows he can do whatever he wants without facing any consequences."
Your stern expression mirrored your concern for Jim's safety. "But letting him get away with this won't solve anything. If no one stands up to him, things will only get worse."
Jim let out a bitter laugh. "You don't understand, do you? It's easy for you to say, but you wouldn't know what it's like to have someone like Taehyung and his father breathing down your neck. Trust me, it's not worth it."
His words hung heavy in the air, and you realized that he had a valid point. You couldn't fully comprehend the extent of the power wielded and the repercussions that standing up to him might bring.
Realizing that your initial advice may have been misguided, you pondered for a moment before speaking again. "Okay, I won't push you to complain if you think it's too risky. But please remember that there are people who care about you and want to help."
His eyes softened, and he finally met your gaze. "Thank you for understanding. I appreciate your concern, but it's better for both of us if you stay away from me. If Taehyung finds out you helped me, he'll definitely bother you too."
I was taken aback by his revelation. This wasn't just an ordinary bully; it seemed like Taehyung had a license to do as he pleased. "Are you saying that I should avoid Taehyung because he doesn't like people crossing him?" I asked, my voice filled with concern.
The boy nodded solemnly. "Exactly. Taehyung can practically do anything he wants. He doesn't like people crossing him, especially those who try to stand up to him. If he finds out that you helped me, he'll make it his mission to bother you. Trust me, you don't want to be on his radar."
You nodded in understanding, respecting his request. "Alright, I'll keep my distance. But remember, if you ever change your mind or need someone to talk to, don't hesitate to reach out."
His expression softened, and a faint smile graced his lips. "I won't forget that. Thanks."

Taehyung sat at his usual spot in the cafeteria, surrounded by his group of friends. They were known as the popular boys in university, and Taehyung enjoyed the attention and the power that came with it. Today, however, he seemed unusually quiet.
"What's up with you, Taehyung?" Jimin, asked, breaking the silence.
Taehyung sighed, his eyes scanning the busy cafeteria. "You know the boy? The one I punished for messing with me?"
Jimin raised an eyebrow, intrigued. "Oh him, What about it Tae?"
He leaned in closer to Jimin and whispered, "You know what, Jimin? I've found my new target. That new admission girl, she helped the boy I punished."
Jimin's excitement grew, and he chuckled. "That sounds like a lot of fun! Teaching her a lesson for interfering. Count me in!"
Jungkook furrowed his brows in concern. "Tae, are you sure this is a good idea? Bullying someone just because they helped someone seems a little extreme."
Taehyung shrugged off Jungkook's worries. "Come on, Kookie. It'll be fun. Besides, she deserves it for associating with losers like him."
Jungkook sighed, shaking his head. "Tae, do we really need to go down this route again? Can't we just let her be?"
Taehyung rolled his eyes and waved off Jungkook's concern. "Come on, Kookie, don't be such a buzzkill. We've done this before, and it's harmless. Besides, it's not like she'll be the only one we target."
Jungkook stared at his friend earnestly. "Harmless? Taehyung, we punished that guy for no good reason. He didn't deserve it. And now you want to go after her? She didn't even do anything wrong. Let it be."
Taehyung raised an eyebrow, challenging his friend's plea for restraint. "You're turning soft, Kookie. We used to be partners in crime. Are you really going to defend her?"
Jungkook's gaze hardened, and he crossed his arms in defiance. "I'm not defending her, Taehyung. But maybe it's time we grew out of this childish behavior. It's not worth it."
Jimin chimed in, trying to persuade Jungkook to join their mischievous plan. "You should lighten up, Jungkook. It's just a little harmless bullying. It's all in good fun, right, Tae?"
Taehyung nodded, his grin widening. "Exactly, Jimin. We'll make her the center of our little game. Trust me, it'll be fun. Plus, she has no idea what she's getting into."

As it was finally time for University to be over for the day, you eagerly walked towards your dorm, ready for some much-needed rest and relaxation. Lost in your thoughts, you suddenly collided with someone, causing you to stumble and lose your balance.
With a jolt, you looked up to meet the gaze of a complete stranger-a handsome guy who had just saved you from a potentially agonizing fall. His dark, captivating eyes stared at you for a moment, as if he were cataloging every feature of yours.
You mustered a grateful smile, ready to thank him for his timely intervention, but before you could utter a single word, he abruptly let go of you and began walking away without a backward glance.
You fell on the ground with a thud scratching your palms a little. Feeling a mix of emotions, you cursed him under your breath, calling him every name in the book.
"Idiot, duffer, egoistic, rude mannerless jerk" you muttered looking at the boy's fading figure.

Taehyung smirked as he leaned against the trees. Jimin approached him, a curious expression on his face.
"You seem to have your eyes set on the new girl," Jimin remarked with a chuckle. "Planning on making her life miserable too?"
Taehyung let out a low chuckle. "Oh, she'll definitely get her surprise tomorrow," he said, his tone filled with arrogance.
Jimin raised an eyebrow, intrigued. "What do you have in mind this time?"
A sly grin spread across Taehyung's face. "Let's just say she won't know what hit her." He chuckled darkly.
Jimin chuckled, a wicked glint in his eye. "I can't wait to see the look on her face," he said, his voice filled with amusement. "This is going to be so much fun."
