Yoora eagerly approached Jungkook, her eyes shining with excitement. "Jungkook, you won't believe it," she began, unable to contain her joy. "I met Y/n like you asked me to, we hadn't seen each other in almost three years, but it felt like no time had passed at all."
Jungkook's face lit up with a smile as he listened intently to Yoora's words. "I'm so glad to hear that, Yoora. I know how much reconnecting with Y/n meant to you," he replied warmly.
After a moment of silence, Jungkook spoke again, his voice softer this time. "I just hope that Taehyung and Y/n can sort out their differences and misunderstandings. They both mean so much to each other, despite everything."
Yoora nodded in agreement, a sense of longing evident in her eyes. "I hope so too, Jungkook. They have a bond that's hard to break, even with all the challenges they've faced."
Yoora nodded in agreement, her heart feeling heavy at the thought of her two friends being at odds with each other. "I miss seeing them together, laughing and joking around. I'll do whatever I can to help mend their relationship," she vowed.
Jungkook placed a comforting hand on Yoora's shoulder, his voice gentle. "I know you will, Yoora" he said, his admiration evident in his tone.
Suddenly feeling overwhelmed with emotion, Yoora wrapped her arms around Jungkook, hugging him tightly. Jungkook returned the embrace, his arms encircling her protectively.
"You know, Jungkook," Yoora whispered, her voice barely above a breath, "I'm so grateful to have you in my life. You make everything better, just by being here."
Jungkook's eyes softened as he stroked her hair affectionately. "I feel the same way, Yoora. You bring so much light and joy into my life. I'm lucky to have you."
They stayed like that for a moment, the world outside fading away as they focused on each other. Jungkook gently lifted Yoora's chin, his eyes locking with hers. He leaned in and placed a soft kiss on her lips, making her heart flutter.
"Jungkook!" Yoora gasped, her cheeks turning a deeper shade of red.
Jungkook grinned mischievously. "You're too adorable when you blush, Yoora." He teased, lightly tapping his chest. "I'm glad to have you as my girlfriend."
Blushing furiously, Yoora hid her face in Jungkook's chest, feeling a rush of happiness.

You could feel your heart race as you heard the familiar sound of the key turning in the lock. Taehyung was back from his business trip. You stood up from the couch, unsure of what to expect. Excitement and nervousness mingled within you.
"Welcome back Taehyung," you greeted, trying to sound cheerful despite the unease in your stomach.
Taehyung handed you an envelope without saying a word and then proceeded to walk towards his room without even looking at you. Confused, you stood there, watching him go, feeling a frown forming on your face.
Sitting down slowly, you opened the envelope, your hands trembling slightly. As you read the contents, your eyes widened in shock. It was a set of divorce papers. Tears welled up in your eyes, blurring the words on the paper. Your heart felt like it had been ripped out of your chest.
"Why, Taehyung? Why?" you whispered, the words barely audible. Your voice trembled with a mix of hurt and confusion. The two words stared back at you, cold and final, sending a chill down your spine.
You stood up, feeling a mix of emotions—hurt, anger, confusion. You marched to Taehyung's room, determination in your voice. "Taehyung, what is this?" you demanded, waving the papers in front of him.
Taehyung turned to face you, his expression still unreadable. "I think we both know what it is," he said calmly, his voice devoid of any emotion.
"I can't believe this is how it ends. After everything we've been through, you're just willing to give up?" The tears cascaded down your cheeks, unchecked and raw as you struggled to make sense of the crumbling foundation of your life.
Taehyung's expression softened, a flicker of sadness crossing his features as he reached out to brush away your tears. "I never wanted to hurt you. Sometimes letting go is the only way to find peace, even if it breaks our hearts in the process."
"Is this... is this what you really want?" you asked, your voice barely audible.
Taehyung turned to face you, his eyes betraying a hint of sadness. "Aren't you the one who asked for this?"
The words echoed in the room, piercing your heart like shards of glass. You felt a wave of numbness wash over you, the reality of the situation sinking in deeper with each passing moment.
Anger bubbled up inside you as you grabbed his collar, your voice rising in frustration. "Yes, I did. But I also told you not to marry me, yet you did. Why take the divorce so seriously when you didn't take my words to heart back then? Why take something I said in the heat of the moment so seriously?"
Taehyung's eyes softened as he gently removed your hands from his collar. "I thought you were serious this time. I thought you didn't love me anymore."
Taehyung's eyes softened as he looked at you, and without a word, he pulled you into his arms. You resisted at first, but soon all the pain, confusion, and heartache poured out as you buried your face in his chest. He held you close, his embrace offering solace in the midst of chaos.
In that moment, words became unnecessary as you both sought solace in each other's arms, the silence speaking volumes about the deep-rooted connection between you.
However, his comforting gesture quickly turned to alarm as he felt the heat radiating from your body. Your skin burned with fever, your whole being consumed by the fiery sensation.
Concern flashed in his eyes as he gently pulled away, his hand reaching up to brush against your forehead. The heat was unmistakable, your skin flushed and clammy against his touch. Panic flickered across his face as he guided you to the bed, his voice laced with worry and guilt.
"We need to call the doctor," he insisted, moving to reach for the phone. You stopped him, holding his hand firmly.
"Taehyung," you whispered, your voice barely above a hoarse whisper. "We need to talk. Please, just listen."
Reluctant at first, Taehyung eventually agreed, sensing the urgency in your plea. Sitting on his lap, you clung to him tightly, feeling his heartbeat against yours as you struggled to find the right words. "I'm so sorry, Taehyung," you whispered, your voice filled with remorse. "I never meant to hurt you."
Taehyung felt her fingers clutch at his shirt, her tears dampening the fabric beneath his hands.
"I never wanted to leave you," you confessed, your voice soft and filled with emotion. "Three years ago, when we parted ways, it wasn't because I stopped loving you. It was because I couldn't bear the thought of causing your engagement with Yoora to fall apart. I didn't want to hurt Yoora"
Taehyung's eyes widened in surprise, his hand instinctively reaching up to stroke your hair gently. Slowly, he reached out to cup your face in his hands, his eyes searching yours for the truth behind your words.
"I was so in love with you. I couldn't bear to see your and Yoora's happiness shattered because of me. I thought it was best for you if we never crossed that line... I'm so sorry for the pain I've caused you."
"I suffered because of my own choices, not because of you, my love," he whispered, his voice filled with reassurance.
Tears continued to fall from your eyes as you sought his forgiveness. "Please forgive me, Taehyung. I never meant to hurt you. I... I just couldn't bear the thought of causing you and Yoora's pain."
Taehyung cupped your face in his hands, his gaze filled with love and understanding. "There is nothing to forgive. I have always known your heart belongs to me, just as mine belongs to you. We have both made mistakes, but our love is stronger than any obstacle."
The weight of your words hung heavy in the air as you continued, "I'm so sorry for the pain I caused you. If only I had been stronger...I didn't want your parents to disown you. I know the pain of living without them," you confessed, the weight of your past decisions heavy in your heart.
Taehyung's voice, resolute yet gentle, broke through your turmoil. "A parent's love is important, but so is living a life true to yourself. My life is better without them, because I have you."
Taehyung lifted your chin, his eyes filled with a mixture of love and understanding. "Jungkook told you about my parents, didn't he?" he asked softly.
Nodding, you bit your lip, feeling the guilt wash over you once more. "He said you left them for me. Why did you do that, Taehyung?" you questioned, your voice laced with sorrow.
Taehyung's gaze held yours, his voice steady. "My parents never saw me as their son, only as a possession to be traded for a better alliance. They were forcing me to marry Yoora, and I couldn't imagine spending my life with anyone but you. I had to choose, and I chose us."
In that moment, everything became clear. Taehyung's love for you was unwavering, his sacrifice immense.
You felt a lump form in your throat as you realized the depth of Taehyung's sacrifice. "I'm so sorry, Taehyung. I never knew..."
Taehyung, with gentle fingers, stroked your hair soothingly as he whispered, "Shh, it's okay."
"I loved you then, and I love you now." You said as he smiled at your confession.
"I love you too."
He then made you promise never to make decisions about your relationship without him, wanting to ensure that you both walked the path together.
"Promise me that from now on, we will make decisions together."
Overwhelmed by his words, you buried your face in the crook of his neck, tears flowing freely now. Taehyung held you close, his touch a source of comfort in the midst of the storm brewing inside you. He gently patted your back, offering solace without saying a word.
As the night grew darker, the exhaustion of the day caught up with you, and a wave of dizziness washed over you. Taehyung noticed the change in your breathing and realized you had fallen asleep on him, your forehead warm with a fever.
Gently laying you down on the bed, he placed a cool cloth on your forehead, his worry etched on his face, he reached for his phone and dialed the doctor's number.
The doctor arrived swiftly, and Taehyung explained the situation with a sense of urgency. The doctor assured him that you were just exhausted from the emotional turmoil and the fever was a result of that.
Taehyung sat by your side, watching over you as you slept, his heart full of love and understanding.
Love had bought you both together, stronger than before.
