You lay in your bed, staring at the ceiling, lost in thought. Taehyung had surprised you with his unexpected kindness. The image of him sitting there, his hand gently running through your hair as you slept, kept playing in your mind.
He had shown a softer side that you never knew existed. You wondered what prompted him to stay by your side, to take care of you in your time of need. Was it guilt? Or maybe he had a hidden compassionate side that he kept hidden from the world.
Memories flooded in of all the times Taehyung had made your life miserable. The taunts, the pranks, the relentless teasing – it had all become a part of your daily routine. And yet, he was, watching over you as you slept, took care of you.

You were on your way to your part-time job when you noticed Taehyung standing on the street helping an old lady with her groceries. Stopping in your tracks, you watched in astonishment as you saw a side of Taehyung you had never seen before - a gentle and caring one.
With a simple and cute expression on his face, Taehyung carefully carried the lady's bags, ensuring they were light enough for her to manage. His movements were graceful, and his smile genuine as he conversed with the elderly woman. You couldn't help but feel a sense of warmth seeing this unexpected side of him.
You observed Taehyung for a moment. He seemed focused and compassionate as he guided the old lady with care and patience. His usual tough exterior was replaced by a kind and gentle demeanor that you had never seen before.
Was this the same guy who bully me mercilessly? The same guy who made me dread going to university every day? You thought seeing him.

Next day,
You were sitting in the cafeteria with your Yoora and Jungkook. The atmosphere was light and friendly until Jimin, and Taehyung joined your table.
"I heard the amusement park is having a special night event today! We should totally go!" Yoora exclaimed, her eyes sparkling with anticipation. Jungkook quickly agreed, his eyes fixed on Yoora.
"I'm in," Jungkook said with a smile.
"I'll go too! It sounds like fun," Jimin added.
You wanted to deny the invitation since Taehyung was also going, but his intimidating glare made you reluctantly agree.
"I guess I'll go too," you mumbled.
"Well, it's settled then," Yoora beamed, oblivious to the tension between you and Taehyung.
"Great idea, sis," Jimin chimed in, casting a glance your way, which did nothing to ease your unease.
Taehyung leaned back in his chair with a smirk, "Looks like we have a full group for tonight."
"What time should we meet?" Jimin asked.
"I think around 6 pm would be good," Yoora replied, glancing at Jungkook.
"Sounds good to me!" Jungkook chimed in eagerly.
The bell rang, signaling the end of lunch, and you all headed off to your classes. As the day went on, you couldn't shake off the feeling of dread about the evening plans.
---------------------------------
Later that day, you found yourself at the amusement park with your friends.
Your outfit
"I can't believe we're actually here," remarked Jungkook, his eyes full of excitement.
Yoora beamed at him. "I thought it would be fun for us all to hang out together."
Jimin nodded in agreement, while Taehyung stayed silent, his gaze still fixed on you.
The group split up to enjoy various rides. You found yourself standing next to Taehyung in the line for the rollercoaster. He smirked, "Having fun, loser?"
You forced a smile, trying to ignore his taunts. "Just here to enjoy the rides like everyone else."
Taehyung snickered, "Sure, sure."
Yoora and Jungkook were busy on the rides, leaving you alone with Jimin taking more pictures, and Taehyung still wearing that annoying smirk.
"You seem to be enjoying yourself after all," Taehyung said, surprising you.
You rolled your eyes. "Yeah, yeah, don't read too much into it."
"Bet you're scared, huh?" he said, his voice dripping with sarcasm.
You clenched your fists, trying to ignore him. Rolling your eyes, you stepped onto the rollercoaster beside him. As the ride started, you couldn't help but scream, the adrenaline coursing through your veins.
After the ride, as the group regrouped, Jimin approached you. "Taehyung can be a handful, but he's not all bad. Maybe there's a reason he acts the way he does."
You nodded, realizing there might be more to Taehyung than just being a bully. As the night went on, you found yourself laughing and having fun with the group, including Taehyung, who seemed to have toned down his teasing.
Yoora glanced at you, puzzled by Taehyung's unexpected light-heartedness towards you. She raised an eyebrow but decided to focus on having fun with Jungkook on the rollercoaster instead.
"Come on, Jungkook, it'll be so much fun! You know you love the thrill of the rollercoaster," Yoora said, flashing him a playful smile.
Jungkook hesitated for a moment before agreeing, "Alright, let's do it. But you owe me cotton candy afterward, Yoora."
Once you reached the front of the line, Taehyung grabbed your hand and swiftly led you to a gondola, making you sit beside him. You felt a mix of surprise and discomfort as you exchanged hesitant looks with Taehyung.
As the Ferris wheel climbed higher into the sky, the wind tousling your hair. The tension between you was palpable, but something inside you compelled you to speak up.
"You know, Taehyung," you began, your voice barely audible over the sounds of the carnival below. "I don't think you're as bad as you want people to believe."
Taehyung shot you a sideways glance, his expression unreadable. "What's that supposed to mean?" he replied gruffly.
"I can feel it," you replied, your eyes fixed on the horizon. "There's something more to you than just being a bully. Why do you have to treat everyone that way?"
Taehyung chuckled darkly. "Because it's fun, that's why. It gives me a sense of power over others."
You gazed out over the carnival below, the lights twinkling like distant stars. "But don't you ever feel guilty? Don't you ever think about the pain you're causing others?"
Taehyung shrugged nonchalantly. "Guilty? Why should I feel guilty? They're weak, pathetic losers who deserve to be put in their place. It's not my fault they can't handle a little teasing."
"You don't have to keep hurting people to feel powerful, Taehyung," you said softly. "There are other ways to find strength."
Taehyung let out a bitter laugh. "You're the first person to ever say that to me. Most people just see me as the bad guy."
You nodded earnestly. "I do. I believe there's goodness in everyone, even in you. You just have to choose to let it shine through."
Taehyung didn't respond, but I could see the wheels turning in his mind. When the ferris wheel finally descended back to the ground, Taehyung got up without a word and walked away, leaving you alone with your thoughts.
As the park closed, you all sat together, exhausted but happy. Yoora looked at you and smiled, "I'm glad you decided to come along. It wouldn't have been the same without you."
----------------------------------
As Taehyung sat in his room, his mind wandered back to the words you had said to him earlier that day. The memory of you telling him that he was good deep down, even though he didn't always show it, lingered in his thoughts. It was a phrase that had struck a chord within him, stirring up a mixture of emotions he wasn't quite ready to confront.
"Good, huh? Yeah, right," he scoffed quietly to himself, running a hand through his messy hair as he leaned back against the wall. He had built up walls around himself, layers of tough exterior that he used to keep people at bay.
How could you, of all people, see any good in him? He had always been known as the tough guy, the bully who never let anyone get too close. But your words had managed to pierce through his tough exterior, leaving him feeling unsettled and confused.
-----------------------------
Waking up late you cursed yourself and immediately got ready after freshening up.
You were rushing towards your class as you rounded the corner, a boy suddenly appeared in front of you, catching you off guard. He seemed hesitant, but soon his nervousness was overshadowed by a newfound determination.
With a shaky voice, he mustered the courage to speak, "Hey, um... I've been meaning to tell you something. I really like you. Will you be my girlfriend?"
You were taken aback by the suddenness of his confession. You had never given much thought to him beyond being just acquaintances. You were about to gently decline his proposal when, out of nowhere, a punch landed square on the boy's jaw, sending him sprawling to the ground.
Startled, you looked up to see Taehyung. His face was a mixture of anger and determination as he stared down at the boy who had dared to approach you.
"What do you think you're doing?" Taehyung growled, his voice filled with a mix of fury and protectiveness. "No one messes with her. She's off-limits."
Fear gripped your heart as you watched the brutal scene unfold before your eyes. "Taehyung, stop!" you pleaded, your voice filled with both urgency and concern. "What are you doing? He just asked me out. There's no need for violence."
The boy on the ground tried to scramble to his feet, but Taehyung grabbed him by the collar, pulling him up with an intimidating strength.
"Consider yourself lucky," Taehyung sneered, his voice dripping with menace. "If I ever catch you bothering her again, it won't just be a punch."
The boy muttered an apology, his voice trembling. Taehyung released his grip, allowing the boy to stumble away, clearly shaken by the encounter. As he disappeared around the corner, you turned to Taehyung, still in a state of shock.
"Why did you do that?" you asked, your voice filled with confusion.
He turned his piercing gaze towards you, his face twisted with jealousy. He grabbed you forcefully by the arm and dragged into a classroom nearby. The door closed behind, sealing off any hope of escape. Your heart raced, a mix of fear and confusion coursing through your veins.
Taehyung pinned you against the wall with a harsh grip and leaned in closely, his voice dripping with venom. "You think you can't just turn him down? Who do you think you are?" he sneered his words laced with an undeniable resentment.
You mustered courage and tried to reason with him. "Taehyung, I don't understand why this bothers you so much. It's not like you even care about me. Why does it matter whom I choose or turn down?"
"Why didn't you reject him?" he demanded, his voice filled with a mix of frustration and possessiveness.
Summoning enough strength, you pushed against Taehyung's chest, anger fueling your actions. Surprised by your resistance, his grip momentarily loosened, allowing you to take a step back.
"I didn't reject him because it's my choice, not yours. You don't own me," you whispered. "You can't control who I talk to or how I respond to others."
Before you could realize what was happening, Taehyung grabbed you by the waist, pulling you closer until the gap between you vanished. He leaned in, his face dangerously close to yours, his voice tinged with a mix of frustration and longing. His breath was heavy and hot against your face as he demanded an answer.
Without warning, Taehyung's fingers dug into your waist, his grip possessive and consuming. He held you in place, his eyes never leaving yours.
"No, you're not. You belong to me, and I won't let anyone else take you away," he replied, his voice a mixture of possessiveness and vulnerability.
Confusion swirled within you as you tried to make sense of his words. Through all the torment he had put you through, how could he claim to care for you in such a possessive manner?
Pushing him away you left from there as Taehyung punched the wall in anger. He didn't realize why he felt rage building inside him when that boy proposed you.
