Magic Wizard is very magic. He has lots of magical powers. He was cursed by Arceus and Giratina's child Arcetina to have magic, the curse obviously didn't work like it hoped.

He now could curse people whenever he wanted, teleport, heal infinitely, kill on sight, and summon minions. He was also immortal.

He's the only thing strong enough to fuse Evil Mew and Evil Mewtwo into Evil Mewthree but he never does it because Evil Mewthree can kill him.

Magic Wizard is so powerful he has tamed four Shaymin and keeps the on leashes to pull around a giant sled he rides in to spread his curses everywhere.
