My Raven Prince
Author's notes:
Thank you for taking interest in my fanfiction, I've kind of noticed Gilbert has not had the love and attention that he properly deserves. Well, the anime in general does not have that much attention either, sad to say. Please, after reading this chapter it would be nice of you went to check out the anime called "Pandora Hearts." I love it, it is one of my favorites but I must say the ending is a bit disappointing in my opinion.
Back to the story, this is a Gilbert Nightray x OC and I am planning to make a part two to this book that's more focused on Elliot Nightray x OC but that's with the main character's little sister then another that is Cheshire cat x OC as well. I'm probably getting a little too ahead of myself, this story is about a girl, Farron Kreiss, who grew up with Gil and young master Oz. Although always having feelings for Gil, she never worked up the courage to make a move in fear of having her heart shattered. But one night, in celebration in Oz's return from the abyss they were drinking at the Rainsworth's manor. Gil's lack of alcohol tolerance left him drunk beyond belief which lead to a unexpected lustful evening with Farron after they both slipped away from the group. A few weeks after that night Farron discovers she's pregnant, leaving Gil to only be the possible father. As all the problems unfold, will she be able to win her love? Will he even accept the baby? Or will things fall apart as she stays loyal to her young master and his uncertain fate?
If you have any suggestions, please leave a comment, I love hearing new ideas and I'll be sure to give you credit in my following chapters if I use them and thanks again, please enjoy!
Please keep in mind that they are young teenagers in this part of the chapter.

Chapter Intro:
Since this is the first chapter, I'm trying to introduce the situations more rather than full-on romance. The first part of the chapter takes place when the characters are in their early teen years, showing a glimpse of how their life was like during the good times. Then the second part is more towards a sudden strike in tragedy that sets up a problematic situation for both the main characters in the story but I assure you that there will be romance by the next chapter.

Chapter 1: Part one
It was a nice day at the Vessalius manor, clear skies with a gentle breeze that balanced out the heat from the sun just making the weather bliss. Although, all the kids were inside. Oz was chasing Gil around the room with a cat trying to help him conquer his fear of felines probably doing more traumatizing then helping him out though. Ada, who was Oz's little sister, and Farron were attempting to convince Oz to leave the poor kitty alone, but everything just seemed to get even more hectic until Oz's Uncle Oscar bursted into the room and immediately scooping up Gil in his arms. "Oz, stop torturing Gil and prepare for your coming of age ceremony." He said as Gilbert held onto him and softly blushed. Farron noticed as she looked up at him before whispering "cute." Gil overheard her and lightly glared but she just chuckled in response.
Oz set down the cat then watched it sprint to Ada before looking up at his uncle and pouting, "The ceremony isn't till tomorrow!" He whined, "Can't we play for a bit longer?" He asked. His uncle sighed before setting Gilbert down, "Alright, go on, just for a bit."
Farron quickly ran to Gil, grabbing his hand rather gently, then ran into the hall dragging him behind her. "Come on Oz! Let's go play outside!" She yelled happily. Gil kept blushing as he nervously smiled, "M-Master Oz!" He said and extended his arm out, in a possible quick attempt to reach out for his master. Oz just ran after the two, smiling brightly and following them down the stairs to the garden where they'd spend all day playing.
Memories like these should be cherished, no matter how insignificant they seem because one day things can change and sometimes even instantly. If you are lucky the world will give you warnings but often no one notices them and when they do its usually too late. Farron was always one to test her luck, her chances, even as a child. Always having the mentality that rules never applied to her, that she could bend them to her favor to do whatever it takes for the one she loves.
-The next day, sunset-
Now, it is time, the coming of age ceremony is about to begin. Farron was sitting in the crowd of people who sat on the benches to watch and be part of such an occasion. She looked around, searching for Gil who was supposed to be at the top of the staircase already. "Where is he? Did he have cold feet? Or maybe he was injured way worse then he let on." She whispered to herself softly.
Earlier that day the group ended up in one of Oz's strange adventures, Gil and Oz being the only ones injured from falling when the floor collapsed under them. Farron caught up with them by jumping down but she did send Ada to go get help first, some very strange things happened in the short time that they were there. For starters, the grave that they discovered, it was too aged for a name to be made out and that beautiful pocket watch Oz found hanging from the gravestone. Then Oz just zoned out, he was completely out of it, he wouldn't speak when Gilbert or Farron called to him, let alone acknowledge that they were even there.
Oz walked in the doorway, everyone in that instant went quiet. He steadily walked down the aisle and to the staircase, this was a side that was newly introduced to Farron, he never looked so handsome and mature. In the way Oz approached the staircase it was obvious there was a moment of hesitation, maybe because he didn't see his best friend waiting for him at the top like he original hoped or it could be that he was just nervous.
