aside from the obvious answers(criminals, liars, etc.), one type of person i really despise are people who are like 'you always over-explain everything. your so annoying"

ignoring the whole "your" and "you're" situation going on over there, these type of people annoy me a lot.

okay so for example, my brother recently told me "you always tell lies"(which i don't by the way)

so i said, "okay so if i always tell lies, then you're so smart and such an amazing brother"

and then he said, "finally you tell the truth"

and i went on to explain that if i ALWAYS tell lies like he says, then me saying that he was smart and an amazing brother would be a lie, because i only ever tell lies right?

and he said the line i despise(you always over-explain everything. your* so annoying)

really though, i feel like when people say "you always over-explain everything" it's simply an excuse because they don't understand what you're saying.

let me tell you, a lot of people would say that i am 'smart' or 'intelligent'(really though, i hate using those words to describe myself), and i have a very different train of thought and way of thinking about things than most people,

so i guess sometimes i do explain things in a way that doesn't make sense to a lot of people that i hang out with,

but i feel that if someone tells you that you 'over-explain', then they just might not be quite 'the brightest lightbulb in the bunch'

now, let me explain something else.

sometimes, i go off on a rant about something that doesn't even have anything to do with what i was originally talking about.

in that sort of situation, you could stop me from talking and tell me to back it up a bit.

however, if i manage to stay on-topic, telling me to 'stop over-explaining' is really insulting, and i will probably dumb it down to the point where it is insulting to you as well (like, with the brother and telling lies situation, i would have dumbed it down to the point where it was like 'always telling lies means no telling the truth, right honey?' in the type of voice you would use on a 3-year-old, which no person above the age of 3 years old likes)
