this is another true story

today i learned that like 75% of my grade does not know how to capitalize sentences and proper nouns correctly

NOW I KNOW WHAT YOU'RE ALL GOING TO SAY!

"but meowie, you almost never capitalize anything in your sentences"

yes this is true, especially in this book

but this is completely intentionally, and you will NEVER find me doing that is an actual book on Wattpad that I've written, especially not on school papers

but my classmates seem to think that writing I as 'i' on school essays is perfectly acceptable

just why

these people are 6th graders, why do not they know how to capitalize a sentence?

also, none of them know how to spell or read anything either

this makes me, who is barely above average, seem like a super genius because i know how to spell 'their' correctly and can tell when to use "your" and "you're"

which i'm gonna say a safe .000000000001% of other students can do as well, but i think i'm over-estimating their intelligence

and before you leave a comment, i'm not saying everyone has to be able to read with their eyes closed and read flawlessly 24/7, 

it just really irritates me when people read a sentence like

"the... cat... jumped... UM TEACHER WHAT'S THIS WORD? s-w-i-f-t-l-y swaftlay? swaftlay!... over... the... fence..."

and you know, obviously you're gonna be like "it's swiftly"

but what makes me really mad it when they're like, "no it's not. it's swaftlay. i know how to read."
