Invisible/Silent Readers

 In case you don't know, invisible readers are the people that read stories but don't comment or vote. They flip through a story and don't even bother to comment or vote.

Oh come on, no one really likes you guys. It only takes like on second to vote for a story in desktop, in mobile it may take a little bit longer, like 3 seconds. But really, people should vote or comment, authors love and need feedback in order to figure out if the audience loves or has suggestions for their stories. One time, a reader commented on my other story (Up All Night in Another World), yes, her comment were mostly negative but they helped me adjust and develop the characters. This person informed me that I had made my character too controlling for a girl of her age.

So authors need VISIBLE readers in order to find out if people actually like their stories. There have been many stories that I have read but I didn't like so I didn't vote.  So it's a bit confusing when my story has 3,000+ reads but only 21 votes. Plus, a lot of authors use votes and comments as motivation: 'if you guys give me 15 votes by next week, I can update.*

I will *never* do that because it is unfair to readers and incredibly dumb. If I tried that, I'd have to wait until next year to update. Mainly because people act like they're allergic to my vote button.
