Guys..... The-the counsler at my school saw my cuts... I am having a mini panic attack, and I'm shaking, and now people are staring at meeeee

Today is the worst day of my life.... I'm just hoping she doesn't tell my mom or else I'll have to go see a therapist and t-take meds and do EVERYTHING I'm afraid of....
