I know in Season Three first episode Transwarped {I might be wrong its been ages since I seen Animated} Ratchet did stated that Sari did had Megatron's parts in her than Prowl did research that Sari was a protoform or liquid metal that ended up Professor Sumdac's lab

I'm sorry to the people who think Sari is Megatron's daughter but you can kiss my ass cause she's not!
