My 'therapist' recommended I do something like this months ago, and gave me a sheet and a graph to do it on

I never did it 😅

But let's try now!

If you know me, my mood jumps a lot. One second I'll be over the moon, the next I'll be screaming at someone in rage, the next I'll be on the verge of tears (possible crying), the next I'll just be there, emotionless and empty and numb like a ghost

So why not try to 'monitor my mood'?

If anyone wants to do it too, go ahead. Don't edit out fb.story, it's theirs, i just added two.

I'll post another chapter after this that I'll try and update everyday, sorry if I don't. A few days might have 2 or 3 hearts because I'm honestly extra all over the place
