Not trying to be the kind to self diagnose, but I'm worried that I might have bipolar disorder.

I'm planning on telling this teacher in my school about it in a few weeks

So, I was looking through online tests and stuff for bipolar disorder, and I cane across one that was only 17+ (Don't ask about the other things at the top of the pic, I was doing Sex Ed homework)

Why? I put that I was above 17, and the rest didn't have anything sensitive in it. I don't get it.
