Ok, so I got this message just now, and it was written all weird... Here, I'll post a picture

I'm thinking that this is actually just a scam. Here is why:
1. This isn't an email, which is probably what wattpad would actually send me.
2. The way it's written, there are all those accent looking thingies, and incorrect capitalization.
3. It's not even the actual official Wattpad account, I'm sure of that. The profile pic could just be the image of the app. And the username. Why on earth would an official wattpad account have the username OdomMary? Like, wtf?
4. Something is just really fishy about this, and I don't like it. I remember a few months back when another writer warned everyone about a possible virus they could get from a message sorta like this.

And here's a screenshot of a legit-seeming message, that actually looks like it's from the actual wattpad people.

Now doesn't that look like a message that Wattpad HQ would actually send? Here, I'll add a pic of the profile to be compared with above pic.

See the difference? Now, I'm not trying to be mean or start anything, I'm just trying to make sure nobody gets a virus on their phone/tablet/computer. I wouldn't want that to happen to any of you. I also don't like it when people scam good, honest users by pretending to be part of Wattpad HQ. Like seriously. Don't do it. Please. I don't want anything bad happening to you guys. You guys are awesome. I think of you all as my friends. I don't want you people to go somewhere thinking you're going to get a free kindle or smartphone and end up dead. I wouldn't want that to happen. Please. Don't click on the link. It may be legit, but, I don't wanna take that chance ok? Stay safe for me my koalas.
