Ok, so Maxie knows who Marina is, she's Snowy's friend from the days before Maxie and Snowy met. In the time between Sinnoh and Kalos (AKA while Snowy was with Maxie before they went with Steven Stone and Takero and eventually accepted Marina and then her genderbent afterwards) Marena nearly drowned during a bad storm while she had been exploring a coral reef. She was barely alive when a Manaphy did a Heart Swap with her there for making her half Manaphy half human. Her genderbent Riptide is half Phione. Long story that I haven't figured out yet. Anyway, these are some scenes staring Marena.
Creepway
I felt bad for my pal Tatiana, back when we were traveling Sinnoh, she attracted the attention of a creep named Conway. We liked to call him Creepway. Well, looks like he's back and creeping on TWO girls. WHY CANT HE LEAVE HER ALONE!!!!! So anyway, we were at a Pokémon battle tournament thing. Apparently. Tati's friend Dawn was participating too. Piplup seemed to want to introduce himself by pulling on my antenna. I was so close to Heart Swapping that penguin with someone else. Dawn managed to get him to stop and apologized about my antenna. I'm a forgiving person. Well, except when it comes to insulting Poké-human hybrids and Manaphy. Anyway, when the first competitors got matched up, Tatiana made a strangled sound in the back of her throat. And when I looked to see who Takero got paired up with, I saw why. Creepway was back.

Well, looks like Creepway is back. "Imagine seeing you here Tatiana." Tatiana made a small squeak of fear. "Yeah imagine that." Tatiana said, she looked like she was holding back gags. I sniffed the air, it smelled fine to me. I could tell by the way her eyes kept moving, as though she were looking for an escape, the she would rather be tied to a tree and sprayed on by a Skuntank than be here. Conway took a step toward her and she took two steps back, and towards Takero I noticed. The S.S.PlayfulShipping is moving full steam ahead and away from the wreckage of the S.S.CreepShipping. Not that it ever had a chance anyway. Takero took a step towards his true love Tatiana. [What? You said this could be from MY perspective. And I'm the one writing it! No I'm not gonna turn it into a PlayfulShipping oneshot!] what was it making Tati want to ga- oh. Thanks for sharing the horrible mental image Tater Tot. "Marena could you give me some water?" Tatiana asked. "Sure." I responded as I gave her a bottle of water. He must be shouting the mental image for her to be able to see it when she's trying not to. I tapped into his mind and immediately recoiled. I shared what I was seeing with Takero via my psychic and his aura. He gave me a tiny nod of thanks. And I immediately shut off the disgusting and horrifying train of thoughts. Conway took another step toward her, and she took another back. Takero looks like he wants to punch Conway. I looked away from the three and met the green eyes of a guy who had long Phione blue hair tied back into a loose ponytail. Huh, his hair is as long as mine, and is that, could he really be part Pokémon too? He gave me a slightly shy smile and I smiled back. My antenna wanted to pop up but I responded by tying my waist-length hair into a loose pony tail. It hurts if I do the ponytail too tight. I used to keep my hair at the middle of my back but after I became half Manaphy I grew it out to be about an inch longer than my antenna. "Well, how have you been?" I heard the creep ask turning my gaze to Creepway. He had taken two steps, she had taken two steps back and she quickly glanced at Takero, who stepped toward her and squeezed her hand before letting it go. "Um, I've been well. But we really must get going now. So goodbye." She said before we started to walk away. I searched the crowd of people and caught another glimpse oh that strange boy from before. As we walked away, I noticed the tsundere Takero holding Tatiana's hand. Noice. Now if only there was someone to do that for me. "I look forward to seeing you again Tatiana." I heard the creep say. I turned around and threw him a glare before continuing again. "Yeah, and I don't." I heard Tatiana mutter.
