Eyyy. So AthenaTheWise1234 wondered if I was interested in writing a oneshot that has a theme of two people are destined to meet no matter where or when they are. She asked me to keep the eye colors consistent. Girl has gray eyes, guy has dark blue. So I did research on potential Hetalia pairings, but it came up empty. So I was reading a Hetalia boyfriend scenario where one of them had you being the personification of Paris, and another had you being the personification of Madrid. That made me come up with this headcannon: at least once a year the capitols of the countries of the world come to the world meeting with their country. Enjoy this oneshot.

Kalos was grinning as she rode with Maxie to the world meeting. "Hey Lumoise isn't this fun?" Tati shouted over the wind blowing in the convertible. "NON!!!!!!!!!" The blond shouted back. She looked a bit like Clemont what with the cheery yellow of her hair and her round glasses, The only difference was that she had grey eyes and he had sky blue. Note to self, if you ever have the choice to ride with Maxie and she's the one driving, RUN THE OTHER WAY. The Kalosian thought. Maxie and Tatiana were up front, while Lumoise City and Mauville city were in the back of the convertible. {I was tempted to make sootopolis the Capitol but decided against it when I learned that as of the remakes, Mauville is now the largest city in Hoenn.} Poor Lumoise was clutching her seat for dear life. Mauville just stared forward. This was nothing to the Capitol of Hoenn. Nothing.
-timeskip to the meeting place brought by Australia and his Capitol city riding kangaroos-
Lumoise got out of the car hand tightly gripping the door, eyes wide. "Never, again." The poor Capitol said, throwing a glare towards her country who just shrugged and brushed her hair again. Capitol day allowed people to wear what they normally wore, which for Kalos was a pair of black jeans with a T-shirt that looked like the title screen for Pokémon X.
-timeskip to the meeting-
Tatiana scanned the faces of the countries and capitols that were walking in. Due to Maxie's drag racing that she called driving, they had gotten there pretty early. Kalos beamed when she saw the ahodges sticking up from the head of a certain oceanic, before running towards him full speed, which was quite fast, and tackling him to the ground in a hug. "JOEL!!!!! It's been forever!" The Kalosian said with a giggle. "Tati you just saw me yesterday!" The Aussie male said sitting up to hug the girl. "It still felt like forever." The curly-haired brunet said puffing out her cheeks in an adorable childish pout. Lumoise City rolled her eyes at her country's childish behavior. A few of the other countries and quite a few of the capitols who didn't know her stared at the scene, awing at the cuteness when Tati pecked her boyfriend on the cheek and pulled him up, grinning at him and pulling him over to meet her capitol. "Joel, this is my capitol Lumoise City, Lumoise City, this is my boyfriend Joel." Joel smiled and shook Lumoise's hand. Tati then asked Joel about his capitol. "Canberra come on over!" Joel motioned to an Australian that looked almost exactly like him, except for the fact that Canberra's hair was more reddish than brown and had dark blue eyes that were like the depths of the ocean trenches. Lumoise couldn't take her eyes off him, until she saw the koala on Joel's shoulder. "Is that a koala?!" She said, eyes lighting up in excitement causing Joel to chuckle. Tati gave him a questioning look before facepalming. At the memory.
-flashback-
Tatiana was talking to Maxie and Yao until a gray furry creature caught her short attention span. "KOALA!!!" The Kalosian shouted out of nowhere as she went to go pet it. "Tati wait you have to ask Joel first!" Maxie said grabbing her friend's arm to keep her from going after the koala. "But it's a koala!" Tatiana said in response and reaching out towards it with her free arm. "I know but this koala doesn't like strangers." "Oh come on! It's a koala!" "I know but--" "It's alright, she can pet 'em, he's in a good mood today." Causing Tati to break free of Maxie's grasp and give her a smug look as she proceeded to let the fuzzy creature sniff her hand before petting it.
-end flashback-
"Ah memories." The Kalosian said, scratching the SandWing on her shoulder under the chin.
-timeskip to the actual start of the meeting-
Tatiana waved a hand in front of her capital's face, "hello, earth to Margarin." "That's not my name!" She said, puffing out her cheeks childishly causing Tati to giggle. Margaret and Tati started talking again, but Margaret couldn't keep her mind off the Aussie capital Canberra. And instead of saying what she meant to say she accidentally said, "Canberra is really hot don't you think?" Tati gave her a look before Lumoise realized what she had said and blushed. Tatiana just teased her. "Aww, my little capital has a crushie-wushie!" Margaret was about to reply when she saw something crawling up the wall that made her blood run cold. And the fact that it was the biggest cockroach she'd ever seen didn't help at all. "Lumoise? What's wrong?" "C-c-cockroach." Causing her country to facepalm. "It's just a bug!" Lumoise just pointed a trembling hand at the cockroach on the wall. Tati turned around and her eyes widened. "Holy sh*t that's one big cockroach." She said. Kiku, who wasn't sitting too far from the duo heard what Tati said and immediately clung onto the closest person to him, who happened to be a very confused Taiwan. {I HAD TO ADD THE TAIPAN I'M SORRY BUT IT'S ONE OF THE MOST ADORABLE SHIPS EVER.} "C-cockroach?" Kiku said fearfully as tears gathered in his dark brown eyes. Lumoise sat there trembling worse than Latvia and his capital combined. "Aii-yaa! It's just a bug aru!" "J-j-just a bug!?" Lumoise said. Kiku finally gathered the courage to look at the bug before yelping and burying his face in the crook of Taiwan's neck, tears overflowing from his eyes. Kiku, apparently, had forgotten all about 'personar space'. These events didn't go completely unnoticed by the others, well except for maybe Arthur and Fancis, who were fighting and Paris and London, who were two busy making out to notice anything going on around them.
The cockroach suddenly lost its grip on the ceiling and fell onto the table causing Lumoise to yelp and cling onto Canberra who had been sitting on her other side. Canberra blushed and looked to Australia for help only to receive a shrug. Kiku looked at the bug that was very close to him and buried his face back into Taiwan's neck, sobbing softly out of fear. Tatiana, tired of the cockroach simply took out her pocket knife, flicked the blade out, and threw it at the cockroach effectively cutting it in half and killing it. Tatiana leaned over the table and grabbed her knife before cleaning it off with a napkin, then used the napkin to pick up the disgusting bug and throw it in the trash. "Alright Kiku, Margaret, you can calm down now, I got rid of the cockroach." Kiku realized his position and blushed furiously and apologized to Taiwan as he let go of her. Lumoise doing the same with Canberra, who simply said it was nothing. The meeting continued as usual, except for the fact that they were actually able to get some stuff done for once, until Arthur gave a high-pitched girly scream, causing Tati and Lumoise to wince and cover their ears due to their sharp hearing. Arthur was standing there looking at a HUGE spider about the size of a dinner plate. "Australia, is this thing yours?" He said, obviously scarred. "No, that's not mine." "Kill it." Tatiana whimpered slightly as the spider started crawling her way and clung onto her boyfriend who was trying to calm her down by telling her that the spider wasn't going to hurt her. Taiwan took one look at the spider before clinging to Kiku fearfully. Kiku just became a blushing mess. "I can't kill it!" Joel said. "I don't care just kill it!" Arthur said, now clinging to France who was clinging back. "No I mean I physically can't!" Joel said, desperately trying to comfort the spider. Lumoise was clinging to Canberra again in fear. All this noise woke Cactus from her nap who took one look at the spider, screamed, and started running and hopping from one person's shoulder to the next, resulting in France kissing England's cheek, Thailand and Vietnam getting shoved into each other, Greece getting woken from his nap, Kiku and Taiwan kissing, Jennifer getting shoved into Basch, and a make out session between Canberra and Lumoise, who for the rest of the meeting, continued to suck each other's faces. Oh, and Joel and Tati ended up kissing too but that's more of a minor detail.

O_O I want expecting that to come out. Well, I feel like I completely butchered the theme. At least I got the eye coloration right. Even if the rest of it was a total waste of time. Don't ask me why I added a cockroach and a spider but I did. And I get the feeling that Joel wouldn't be able to kill a spider so I decided to have Kalos cling to him so that he couldn't move. I tried to write something and it became complete crack. Maybe cause I haven't taken my medicine today. Oh well. Hopefully you guys enjoy this.
