Iron Gate

Name: Evander Decius Clay

Nickname: Evan, Alexander, Xander

Age: 17

Gender: Male

Sexuality: Bisexual

Color: Red

Number: 8

Role: The Carefree

Ability: Water Manipulation

Appearance: [Media] + Small green leaf necklace.

Personality: Evander has a welcoming and relaxing presence and portrays a rather laid back and carefree image. He's easygoing, honest, and level-headed most of the time, and isn't quick to anger. He has a thing against rules however, and doesn't exactly mind breaking them. He often is smiling, even if it's just a small one. Evander is somewhat forgiving and can be wary at times. He hides his broken spirit and heart under all of this, where he thinks no one will ever see it.

Backstory: The disease hit when he was ten, and killed his baby sister Evanlyn. She was only five at the time, and the sweetest little thing. He also had an older brother named Dallas. His older brother was his role model, and his parents found it amusing that he followed after him like a lost puppy. Dallas did his best to protect Evander from any bullies in school when he could and for the most part he was left alone. His brother taught him how to play baseball and would help him practice. He told him jokes and played video games with him, and overall was greatly involved in his life. What he didn't know was that his brother had stuck his nose where he shouldn't have, and drew the wrong sort of attention towards himself. One day when Dallas was walking him home from school they were jumped. These people didn't plan on just stealing their belongings however. They planned on taking Dallas' life. Evander had to watch as the men beat his brother black and blue while they told him that he shouldn't have stuck his nose where it didn't belong and such. After they were done with that they cut him with knives, until they finally slit his throat. They left Evander with a few bruises and a long cut down his left arm, and scared him for life. He was taken to the hospital and treated like he was fragile glass that was going to break if they reminded him of what he went through, and he hated it. It didn't help him at all. He just wanted to be treated like he was normal again. So slowly he began to smile shyly, and acted happier and like he was getting over it slowly. He picked up on being carefree and somewhat lazy, and eventually things were more normal. He buried everything beneath his facade. He was going to protect his little sister like Dallas had protect him, and he was slowly coming to terms with everything because he had someone he could focus on. Someone he could protect.

And then the disease came and took her from him. When they took him to the laboratory his parents protests and did what they could, but eventually they had to give in. They gave him Evanlyn's necklace, a little silver chain with a small green leaf. He wears it every day, and never takes it off.

Name: Abigail Fennik Rider

Nickname: Abby

Age: 11

Gender: Female

Sexuality: Straight

Color: Green

Number: 4

Role: The Believer (Idk what to call it)

Ability: Flight

Appearance: [Media] - The headband

Personality: She is a determined girl that doesn't let herself lose hope. She's realistic and sees situations for what they are however. Abigail is assertive and occasionally overlooks things like how her words might effect others or sharing information she found. She is usually reliable however and doesn't want to let people down. She also fears being alone.

Backstory: When she was little she was placed in an orphanage. She was to young to remember her parents much, and she didn't obsess over finding out who they were either. She was simply excited to meet new people and possibly find a home. She was always rather well behaved if not somewhat oblivious at times, and eventually she was adopted. Abigail always knew that she was adopted, and simply moved through life anyway. She loved her new home, and lived there happily for a few years. When the disease came she was forced to mature since the lab ripped her away from her adoptive parents. She kicked and screamed and cried when they did, but there was nothing that she could do being so small. Since she was left with the power of flight she has had a desire to be free once more, to find her adoptive parents and explore the skies. She clings to the hope that one day she'll be able to, because it's all the she knows.

Crush: Open

Other: While she has the power of flight, she doesn't have wings.
