The top one is the animal personification theme. Gee, let's make it a penguin, why not? Second one is the "draw yourself as a mythical creature theme.

I actually don't watch many shows, so I came up with the first thing I thought up...

Ahh, Pokémon. I literally gave up on using the style from the show and used Rosa from Black and White 2 as a reference instead.
