Thanks to Genna3636, I have drawn one of the Sailor Scouts! Sailor Neptune.

Now I didn't color it because of preference. I sometimes color things that seem like I couldn't possibly mess up with the coloring. With this drawing, I felt like it looked it's best just being a pencil drawing. Also I chose to just do a head shot because of preference. I tried to draw her fully... but... that didn't work...
