This is Jareth the Goblin King. He is from Labyrinth and played by David Bowie. He is the "Bad Guy" and he rules in a kingdom of goblins. He is not really a bad guy to me because he did what he was told, so he isn't a true bad guy. Anyway, I was looking at a picture of Jareth and I drew this. The photo will be down here.
