Hero Outfit:

The tubes seem on his suit are flexible, and he can control it as long as blood is inside of it. There is a syringe that in one that allows him to take blood from somebody, and the other tube allows him to be able to easily ingest the blood.

Hero Gear:

He keeps sterilized needles and syringes of different sizes on him, all hidden within the tubes that are on his hero outfit.

He also keeps a dagger on him since sometimes, you just have no time to get somebody with a needle.

He has a blood vial around his necklace to store blood, whether his blood or his opponent's blood.
