The Secret Bosses. Very little is known about them before their chapter relases. We might get a clue as to the main boss with the Chess Theory (also Jevil name-dropped Queen, and Spamton mentioned a "Mike" character), but we don't get any clues as to the Secret Boss's identities.

Jevil uses the red Determination SOUL. He's also- the complete opposite of determined. He's a hedonist who's perfectly content with sitting around all day in his cell, lazing away, while Determination is refered to as the "ability to change fate".

His name is a play off of Jester and Devil. DEVIL. One of the two Determination SOUL users in Undertale was Chara, who when resurrected is referred to as "The Demon".

Jevil uses a knife, the Devilsknife. Y'KNOW WHO ELSE USES A KNIFE? C H A R A, THE DETERMINATION SOUL USER IN UNDERTALE.

Now, let's look at Spamton. Spamton has a weird pseudo-morality going on, with his unwillingness to force Kris into things (He'll just kill them instead, but it's the thought that counts). He's perfectly fine with murdering three innocent people, however, to achieve freedom. 

Not very justice of him.

He uses- a lot during his fight. Flying heads, spam mail, a heart on a chain, the works. He does use one weapon however. One actual weapon: The NEO cannon, which is a giant...

Gun.

SPAMTON USES THE JUSTICE SOUL IN COMBAT. DO YOU KNOW WHAT THE HUMAN WITH THE JUSTICE SOUL USES AS A WEAPON? A GUN.

SPAMTON'S OBSESSED WITH BECOMING A BIG SHOT. BIG. SHOT. GUN.

IT ALL MAKES SENSE

If this theory holds, the secret bosses will have the opposite trait as the SOUL they use, and will use the same weapon. Perfect, sure.

But there's no way of knowing what SOUL the Secret Bosses will use! Right?

In the Cyber World, there are these audio visualizers that are rainbow. (I'd provide screenshots, but I can't find any, just trust me on this one). They're in the order of red-yellow-green-blue-purple-cyan-orange.  This confused a few people: that specific audio visualizer is supposed to be in the order of the rainbow, why would they be in that order- 

wait.

Red. Then yellow.

What if. What. IF.

WHAT. IF.

What if Toby decided to pull a little sneaky on us. What if the order coincides with the Secret Boss souls.

If this holds up through Chapter Three, I'd say it's a solid pattern. IF this holds up, the Chapter Three secret boss will use the green Kindness SOUL, with a frying pan as a weapon. This could tie into the Television theme quite effortlessly- an old, defunct cooking channel brought back to life, featuring a manic chef with a complete lack of kindness and a rusty frying pan as a weapon.
