I was so excited! For once, I would have Mom all to myself for the day while Dad took Emily to the zoo for the morning and then the museum in the afternoon. Me and Mom were going to spend the morning at the museum and the afternoon checking out the aquarium. That way we each got the attention we wanted, since Emily had become a Daddy's girl. I was more than happy to be a Mommy's boy instead.

After all, Mom was perfect. She always knew what to say or do to put a smile on my face and make me feel how much she loved me! I never had to worry that she didn't love me as much as I loved her, since she always showed it in the things she did each day.

Like when she made me my favorite snowman pancakes for breakfast, how she always made sure to tuck me in each night with a kiss on the forehead and my favorite stuffed animal next to me, or how she would always put extra butter in the popcorn she made me when we watched movies together!

Today I would get to show her all the best exhibits at the museum so she could be amazed at how much I've learned from her as I explain what makes them so cool! Then I'll show her all my favorite fish at the aquarium and tell her all about them! She'll be so happy!

I'll make sure that all the other kids knew that MY Mom was the best Mom in the whole world! And that I was NOT willing to share her with anyone but Emily, Dad and Anthony!

Today's the day I get to show Dad what a big girl I had become. I was going to tell him everything I've learned about all our favorite animals at the zoo. Then at the museum I'm going to show him all the best exhibits and explain why they are the prettiest ones! Matthew got to have Mom for the day, but I got to have Dad all to myself!

And then I could show all the other kids why My Dad is the best Dad in the world! He's so nice and fun to be around! And I don't have to share him with anyone but Matthew, Mom and Anthony!

But today, Daddy was all Mine....
