Yay! I got a Leafeon. Ok so you have to level up your Pokemon in Petalsburg woods and go up to a moss covered rock.

Here is my Leafeon after evolving.

That's the moss covered rock. Ok so basically you need to move cut to get here, and I just used a rare candy to evolved it.
