HOPE

With gentleness, I say to you.
With words that breathes forth light, you shall see it through.
Just like a spark that shines in the night,
A seed of joy can grow, banishing sadness.
So, drop your rope and hold unto hope.
Don't listen to the call of death.
Don't inhale the devil's breath.
As hard as it may seem,
Don't be a victim of the devil's scheme.

In the midst of pain, despair and fear, solace can be found.
It might not be clear enough but hope is also around.
By calming the mind, it can become more visible.
By holding on to it strongly, it becomes durable.
It can then kill pain, despair and fear.
The harshness of life, you can then persevere.

People of the world, both young and old,
I urge you: Do not give up when life gets cold.
Instead, warm it up with faith and hope
With that, one won't find it hard to cope.
