FACELESS
FACELESS
I'm faceless.
Beneath the face you see is a mask,
Decorated by my imagination,
And brought into fruition.
I'm faceless.
And you all have been deceived
by my exuberant display of smile and laughter,
For within, hatred lurks and sadness strives.
I'm faceless,
For my emotions are shielded with an iron gate,
With no invitation for a soul to pry,
And no loophole for a soul to secretly glide.
I'm faceless.
And I must admit:
what you see is what I only permit.
This makes my diverse personality a mere illusion,
A catharsis of emotions shaped in delusion.
I'm faceless.
I'm not real, just a product of fallacy,
At least only to the world.
But in the depths of loneliness, my true face is revealed.
