Sasuke watch as Gaara looked around for him until Sasuke jump out from his hiding spot.

"There you are!" Gaara said.

Gaara's monstrous arm shoot out to stad Sasuke.

As he though he had him, but it reveal to be a subtitution jutsu as a log was in Sasuke place.

"I'm here!" Sasuke called out, coming from behind Gaara.

Sasuke took out six kunai knives and throw them at Gaara.

Gaara use his monster arm to cover himself.

"What?!" Nikki shock as she watch the kunai knives beinging sinks into his srm.

"I'm returning them to you!" Gaara said, shoting back the kunai knives in an extreme speed causing them to heat up.

As their when through Sasuke, he had disappeared, surprising Gaara.

"So it's a clone..." Gaara mutter to himself.

Sasuke hid at another tree behind Gaara.

"Bastard!" Sasuke mumble, watching Gaara.

"Sasuke... Uchiha...! Why won't you come at me?!" Gaara challenged before groan in pain, holding his head.

He fall to his knees. "Why...do you flee?!" Gaara said as he start remember his childhood.

Nikki gasp as Gaara release a scream as he looked around.

"No escape! I won't let you escape! Sasuke Uchiha!" Gaara exclaime, swing his monster arm, destroying the trees in front of him.

Nikki yelp as he was about to hit her as well but she quickly dodge it.

Nikki! Sasuke gasp worried.

Gaara laugh menacingly, looking at destruction he had made.

You've gotta be kidding! What's with that outrageous strength...? Sasuke wondering while watching.

Sasuke was stared out into space as he remember what Gaara had told him doing his training with Kakashi causing him to frown.

"What's the matter?! Sasuke Uchiha! Are you afraid of me?! Your hatred and intent to kill...have they given way to fear? Is that the extent of your existence?!" Gaara asked.

Nikki watch with worries as ine hand was folding into a fist, resting over her chest while the other one was on the tree, she was standing on.

"Fight me...and confirm it! Your value! Your existence! Experience it! If you want answer... Come at me!" Gaara shout, scaring the birds causing them to fly away.

Sasuke stood up. I was allowed to live... He though as a flash of his brother came to mind. Only...myself. He did a few handsigns. Expressly for what reason?! No... I know the reason. As electricity was produce into his hand.

The reason that man left me alive was so he wouldn't be tormented by a sense of guilt for having killed an entire clan... Itachi chose me as the avenger...in order to have me kill him! Sasuke though.

Gaara notice where Sasuke was hiding.

Sasuke show humself with hus Sharingan actived, to him causing Gaara to laugh wickedly.

Gaara throwbhis monstrous arm at Sasuke but he use Chidori to cut through it causing Gaara to scream in pain.

"Gaara!" Temari shout worried.

Sasuke watch from over his shoulder. Looks like it worked...

"Did it work?" Nikki wondered to herself quietly.

Suddenly Gaara start to laugh, shocking everyone as he raise up.

His laugh echo through out the forest.

"I see! That's what it was!" Gaara exclaimed.

"That's not possible... He countered Gaara's attack in that condition?!" Temari said shocked before looking toward Sasuke.

Sasuke panting as the Sharingan faden from his eyes, turning them normal.

"I just realized the reason...why it's so fun." Gaara said, holding his monstrous shoulder. "This pain... To take down an opponent who wounded me...and throughly destroy him...! That will make me truly feel alive!"

Sasuke smurk.

Gaara's never had a single wound, but he got Gaara twice. Temari though. Is he... a freak. She wondered looking at Sasuke.

No...a true freak is... Temari stared back at Gaara. After all, the only thing Gaara is transforming is still just right arm. She held her hands together as she was shaking.

Gaara's monstrous arm grow back causing Nikki's wide.

What?! She though shocked.

"What?!" Sasuke going as he stood up.

Suddenly sand poured out of Gaara's gourd before it transforms into a tail.

What the heck is this guy?! One after another... Sasuke though.

Gaara use his monstrous arm and tail to grab the tree he was on.

"Here goes!" Gaara sling shots himself toward Sasuke.

He's even faster! Sasuke though, quickly actived his Sharingan.

He quickly jump up. "Ugh!" Sasuke groan in pain as arm got scratch while landing under a tree branch.

I can't dodge unless I read ahead of his movements. If I didn't have these eyes I'd have long ago.

Gaara came back, swinging in a fast speed toward Sasuke, surprising.

I can no longer use Chidori... Fire Style: Fire Ball Jutsu!

Sasuke blow a maasive fireball at Gaara use his monstrous arm to cover himself from the fire as it did nothing to Gaara.

So the Fire Style doesn't work against sand... Not only that, this level of Justu won't... Sasuke though.

Sasuke...what are you going to do? You need to use Water Jutsu against sand but Sasuke doesn'tknow any.
Nikki though concern.

"Die!" Gaara shout.

Apparently...it needs to be Chidori! Sasuke though, holding his cross arms in front of his, prepared to protected himself from Gaara attack.

Sasuke quickly send Nikki a look, telling her with his eyes that he needs her help.

Nikki quickly swing her flame cover hand in his directions cover Sasuke in a a flame like bubble.

Before Gaara couldn't reacted, he end up punching the bubble, send flying backward, craching through a couple of tree before slaming into another tree, creating a giant dent before the bubble fade away, revealing an unharmed Sasuke, who was deep in though.

Nikki sigh in relief.

"What's the matter?" Gaara asked when Sasuke did do anything.
"Does the value of your existence amount to only this much? I'll be blunt... You are...weak!"

Nikki gasp in shock, knowing that it hit a nerv on Sasuke.

"You're too optimistic. And it's because your hatred is weak!" Gaara said provoking Sasuke, who didn't respond.

"The power of hatred is the power of the intent to kill! The power of the intent to kill is the power of revenge!" Gaara continue.

Sasuke start to shake.

"Your hatred is weaker than mine!" Gaara proclaimed.

"Shut up..." sasuke muttur quietly.

"Do you understand the meaning of this?!"

"SHUT UP!" Sasuke shout as he had enough.

"That means that you... You are weaker than me!" Gaara told Sasuke.

Nikki watch as Sasuke stand up with his head down.

Itachi chose me to me be the avenger...to have me kill him! Sasuke looked up, revealing his Sasuke as chanting chakra to do Chidori. I am an avenger!

Sasuke last out a yell as he run toward Gaara, was coming at him as well.

"Sasuke!" Nikki exclaime worried when she saw Sasuke was in pain and his Chidori was weaken.

After their had pass each and land with their back facing each other after a loud crash sound echo.

Nikki watch intense the both of them in silence.

Suddenly the shoulder part of Gaara's monstrous arm turn to sand as it fall off, show normal arm.

Nikki turn to Sasuke, only to see his curse mark is visible only with his Sharingan and saw a large cut on his shoulder.

"Sasuke..." Nikki whispered before gasp as Gaara had grow another monstrous arm.

"Ah." Sasuke fall down causing Nikki to quickly rush over to him.

"Sasuke, what wrong?" Nikki asked, kneeling next to him.

The Curse Mark again... Sasuke hold his neck.

Nikki pull out kunai as Gaara lounges toward them.

"Nikki...no. Ahh, run..." Sasuke told her as she was going to protected him.

Darn...! My body... Sasuke though worried for Nikki.

Just as Nikki was ready to fight against Gaara but unexpectedly Naruto appeared, kicking Gaara's face.

"Naruto?" Nikki was surprise as Sakura and puppy land next to them. "Sakura?"

"Sasuke! Nikki!" Sakura said worried.
