I was looking down at the people from my balcony as their walk around the streets of Konoha before turning my eyes up to the moon.

It has already been a month. I though since tomorrow is the final rounds which made me wondering how Naruto's and Sasuke's training was going for them since last time I saw them.

However ever since our date Sasuke would visit me late at night well I was sleeping and wake me up with a kiss to the forehead before joining me in bed as we fall to sleep in each other arms for the rest of the night.

Then he leaves early in the morning before I wake up but he would leave a rose at my nightstand with note, letting me know that he went to train and that he loves me.

But tonight Sasuke couldn't come over because he told me that he'll training long until he's match.

I could understand it and I simply ask him to do best and I'll see him at the stadium.

I sigh and when inside to go to bed.

The next day, I made my way to the stadium, however before I could enter, I was stopped.

"Hello Nikki." It was Iruka-sensei.

"Huh, Iruka-sensei?" I wondered curiously.

"Lord Hokage, ask me to bring you to him." He told me.

I blinked confused but follow him anyway.

Iruka-sensei took me to a privated waiting room where grandpa Hokage was.

I smile. "Hey, Grandpa!" I greeted him with a hug before looking at him curiously. "You wanted to see me?"

Grandpa Hokage smile at me. "Hello, my dear. How is your training going." He asked.

"It's going really well, I'm getting use to my wings and other abilities." I told him as I brought out my wings and held out my hand.

Grandpa Hokage chuckle proudly. "Wonderful my dear, now the reason I call you're here is because I was hopping you could perform before the matches start at the finals?"

I look at him shock with widened eyes and jaw-dropped. "EEEEHHH...!!"

"Y-you w-want me-e to sing!?" I stutters in complete shock as my eyes was spinning.

Grandpa Hokage simply replied with a nod.

"I don't know grandpa." I said unsure since I never sing in front of a large crowd.

Grandpa Hokage notice this and sigh, waving me to come closer.

Once I stand in front of him, he gently take my hands. "You growing so much from the moment you took your first breathe in this world and it time to show the world the return of the Phoenix Princess of the Mikage clan." He told me, smiling as he patting my hands.

I stared at him for a moment when I felt a present at both side of me, hugging me causing me to have a warm feeling in my heart.

I don't know why but it felt so familiar but shake it off once it was gone.

"Okay, grandpa Hokage. I'll do it." I told completely determinted.

"Good. Here I get you something to wear for your performance." Grandpa said, handle me a bag.

"Thanks, grandpa!" I grinned to him as he leaves the room along with did other ninjas in the room with them.

Third Person's Pov

As everybody was getting ready for the final rounds to start where suddenly Naruto came flying, surprising everyone.

What kind...of entrance is this kid making...? Shikamaru though deadpanned.

"Naruto." Sakura said reliefed that he made it.

"He's totally late." Ino said dumbfound.

"What a drag." Shikamaru exclaimed as he help Naruto up.

Naruto quickly snap out of it. "Guys, run! A large herd of stampeding bulls is coming."

"Huh? What are you talking about?" Shikamaru asked him confused.

"Jeez! I'm serious. So many of them...!" Naruto said but stop to look around and notice someone was missing. "Huh? Hey... Where's Sasuke?"

"The Dosu guy, I'm supposed to fight isn't here, either." Shikamaru said.

"Hey, you guys there." A Jōnin called out to them. "Don't be restless. Throw out you chests and show your faces to spectators!"

Naruto looked sur before looking and notice the huge audience, cheering.

"You guys are the stars of this final round." The Jōnin told them.

Sitting at private area was Lord Hokage. "Sasuke hasn't been found yet?" He asked a Jōnin, who was stand behind him.

"A team of several Anbu members are searching all over, but they have found nothing." The Jōnin told him before lean in to whisper. "He might already be in the hands of Orochimaru... If that's case, we may never find him."

"I understand." Lord Hokage said. "Well-well... Lord Kazekage."

Lord Hokage welcome Lord Kazekage when he notice his arrives with his bodyguards.

Gaara look up at the stands where the kages is at with furious expression on his face.

"You must be tired having come all this way." Lord Hokage said.

"No... I'm glad the arena is in the Leaf Village." Lord Kazekage replied. "Even though you're still young it would probably be a tough journey for you if you had to go to the trouble of traveling someplace else."

"Shouldn't you decide on the Fifth Hokage soon?" Lord Kazekage asked causing the Leaf Jōnin to glace over at him.

However Lord Hokage simply laughed.

"Please don't treat me like an old person." Lord Hokage told Lord Kazekage with a smile. "I'm still planning on being Hokage for another five years..."

Lord Hokage stood up to the railing before turning his towards Lord Kazekage. "Now then, I guess it's about time to begin." He said, smiling as he look forward to see the reaction for Nikki's performance.

Lord Hokage took a deep breathe. "Everyone, thank you very much for coming to the Village Hidden in Leave Chūnin Exam. However before we start the 'final rounds,' I have prepared a special surprise performance for everyone." He announced, surprising everyone.

"So without any further delay, Lady Nikki Mikage!"

A whirlwind of cherry blossom suddenly came out of nowhere and once it faded away, it reveal Nikki.

Everyone was in awe when their saw her.

"Nikki!" Naruto shout in surprised.

Nikki simply just as him as she raising her hand up and snap her finger, releasing wave of warm energy across the whole stadium causing everyone to gasp in amazed as she stood in front of them in a beautiful outfit.

Nikki summon her wings as music appeared out of nowhere the she start to sing while raising up.

Nikki begin to fly over the audience release glitter as she fly by.

Nikki fly up so she was above the stadium and use her fire to drew a flower in the sky, amazing the people below.

Nikki fly towards Naruto but disappeared before his eyes, gasping in shock and looked around for her until he felt a tap on his shoulder.

Naruto turn around, flinch back surprised to see Nikki behind before she gently tap his nose.

Everyone was both frighten and amazed by the mighty bird.

Nikki finish with the Phoenix flying up and brust into sparkle that rain over the stadium causing everyone to cheer.

Lord Hokage smile proudly at Nikki, who was waving to the crowd.

"NIKKI!!" Naruto shout when he suddenly grab her by the waist and spin her around causing her to squeak in surprised.

"That was amazing! Believe it!" He said as he put her down and looked at her with stars in his eyes.

Lord Hokage cleared his throat. "We will now begin the final round matches for the eight who made it through the preliminaries! Please watch until the end!" He said causing the audience to cheer.

"That was wonderful performance and she is the Phoenix Princess." Lord Kazekage said as he had enjoy it, however notice something. "If there are supposed to be right, it looks like there's one missing."

Lord Hokage didn't answer as he look at the arena.
