~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*

Lucy and Natsu had separate rooms. Lucy was in the girls' room and Natsu was in the boys'.

Lucy entered the room and saw Erza and Mira fighting, Levy reading a book, Cana braiding Wendy's hair, Lisanna watching her big sister as she giggled at the scene. Juvia was there all alone, staring out the window so she approached her. Her face was downhearted.

"Juvia?" Lucy asked gently. "Is there something wrong?" Juvia turned to face her with the same sad expression she had just now. "You seem a bit sad." Lucy remarked.

Juvia simply shook her head. "It's nothing, Lucy should not worry about Juvia." She turned to look at Lucy and expressed a fake smile. "Juvia is perfectly fine." Lucy stared at her with a cute pout on her mouth and softly karate chopped Juvia's head.

"You shouldn't do that, Juvia." Lucy scolded. "If you hide your feelings with your friends, then we're not going to be able to help, right?"

There was a moment of silence before Juvia could reply.

"....What if Juvia doesn't need help?"

"That's preposterous! If you have a problem, then you're going to need help. Or else it won't get any better than it is." She started to preach at Juvia in a soft yet strong sense in her tone.

"What's....preposterous?" She asked. She is ten years old so she doesn't have a clue of what such a word could have meant. Unlike Lucy, Juvia was raised up in a place where the rain always fell and the sun hardly shone. She was stuck in her house, doing anything she could to make use of her time. She couldn't play outside and she wasn't so good with other people since she was in her house most of the time and she wasn't raised in a mansion filled with books and tutors like Lucy. She was an average little girl like the others, but she was a Pluviophile.

"It's another word for non-sense. Just like what your saying. You need help, Juvia." Lucy smiled and clapped a few times. "Now, can you tell me your problem?"

Juvia stared down at the floor boards, twiddling her thumbs. She didn't answer for a few seconds but answered. "It's not really a big problem but...." She was blushing and turned to look out of the window where some of the boys were playing, including Natsu.

"You like someone, don't you?" Juvia had a bit of a jolting action and froze, still facing the window. "So, which one is it?" Lucy giggled happily as Juvia was about to explode in embarrassment.

"T-That....one..." She nervously pointed at the boy who was fighting with Natsu. Lucy saw it immediately and the second Juvia turned around to see Lucy's expression, she wasn't there anymore. She turned her sight back to the window and saw Lucy running towards the two fighting boys, with the other little boys encouraging the fight.

"Hey!" Lucy exclaimed as she walked towards them. "Would you stop it?" Gray and Natsu stopped and looked at Lucy with a serious and confused look. There was a frozen moment for a while but they started to fight again. Lucy sighed at their stubbornness, she always knew Natsu was like that, but Gray? She doesn't even know him!

"Don't worry, Lucy." Said Erza as she placed her hand on Lucy's shoulder. She then walked up to them with her head raised up high, proving her pride to be very high. "Hey! You two!" Erza yelled.

Both Gray and Natsu turned to Erza who had this warning glare on her face. "Both of you! Stop fighting!" She ordered, then they both glared at her and continued to fight.

Erza grunted and stepped closer to them and harshly hit them in the head, pushing them far apart from each other. "That's better, fighting isn't good!" She scolded them as both of their heads ached from her hit, then she smiled. "I'm Erza Scarlet by the way." She stared at Gray, waiting for him to tell her his name.

"....Gray..."

"Hi, Gray. Nice to meet you." She turned to Natsu. "And I remember Lucy introducing us to you." Her smile suddenly disappeared with an angered smug. "But the next time I see you fighting, It'll be worse! Is that clear?"

"Y-Yes!" Both Gray and Natsu nervously said in unison.

"Good." with that said, she walked away, giving Lucy a thumbs up and they went back to their dorm.

"Wow, Erza, I can't believe you can control those two!" She complemented.

"It's nothing really. Stubborn idiots like them should be kept silent when broken loose." Erza replied as if beating up two fit and muscular boys were nothing but child's play.

Lucy giggled at her odd statement. "You make them sound like they were animals."

"Did I?" She laughed. Erza then darted her eyes to the clock. "Oh, it's almost time for lunch. We better get back or we'll be late for the next activity."

Lucy nodded back. "Sure!"

As Erza and Lucy walked away from the boys, this was their situation.

Gray grunted, rubbing his swollen cheek from the hard ass punch he received from a demon queen known as Erza, and Natsu did the same.

"Man, this is all your fault." Gray stated.

"What do you mean it's my fault? We were both fighting!" Natsu replied. Lucy and Erza could hear the beginning of the quarrel and turned around to see what was happening now.

"You freakin' started it!" Gray whipped back in a shout.

"No, you did! You threw ice in my face when I was sleeping!!" Both of them were the loudest people there were in the whole camp! It was lucky they weren't heard by Alzack and Laxus, the ones who look out to the boy's side.

"That was an accident! I fell asleep that time and dropped it. It's not my fault your face is so wide and stupid! Plus, you burned by favorite shirt by throwing it in the camp fire yesterday!" He shouted as he showed Natsu the shirt they should always wear in camp, which is a lot when they gave them five exact shirts to each of them.

"It's the only shirt you have!" Natsu shouted. "And you don't even use it!"

"It's still my shirt, asshole!" Lucy and Erza sighed and giggled.

"Let's not stop them this time." Lucy suggested.

"Agreed." Erza remarked as they walked back to the girl's dorm. Hearing the voice of Laxus calling all the boys and, surprisingly, taming both Natsu and Gray to go inside.

Erza and Lucy turned away from the commotion and continued to walk back. While they were walking, a little blue haired blue haired boy watch them until he couldn't see them. He turned around muttering.

"Erza....huh?" He was blushing a bit, while admiring the long shining scarlet hair that Erza has.

"Come on, Jellal!" Laxus called.

"I'm comin'." He replied and ran inside.

Over to the girls' side. Juvia ran down the stairs, hoping to bump into Lucy and Erza.

"Lucy!" She called with her usual french and third person accent. "Juvia cannot believe it! You tried to stop them!"

"Well..." She chuckled. "Yeah....but it's all thanks to Erza. They didn't listen to me."

"It's nothing." Erza added, smiling. "Come on. It's almost time for lunch."

"Yeah." Both Juvia and Lucy said in unison. Soon after lunch, Mira and Bisca, the girl's adviser, grouped them and lined them up to go outside. As they walked, Lucy saw a glimpse of the boy's line. Looking at Natsu, she already knew he was glaring at Gray. Gray was at the very front of the line and Natsu was at the very end. Looks like they know how to separate these two temporarily, thank goodness...

All the kids met in the clear grassy open field surrounded by trees from afar. And then the four advisers, two from the girls and two for the boys. Mira and Laxus was the teen advisers of both. Alzack and Bisca were the other two who were at their twenties.

"Alright guys!" Mira started. "We're going to play a game, is everyone ready?" They all cheered a happy "yes" in reply!

"These are the rules!" Laxus exclaimed. "There would be two teams. We will pick the team leaders and they will pick their team mates of four. You can pick either boy or girl. And I will explain the rest after you have your teams, clear? If you're not picked. You can watch and observe."

"Yeah!!" Natsu exclaimed with the crowd of excited boys.

"The leader of Team One will be Lucy!" Bisca said cheerfully. "Please come here in front and see the one you'll pick." And Lucy did what she was asked and saw the other girls, Erza, Levy and other one she met in the bus. She actually thought Mira was part of the camp, she was actually their adviser. Big shock?

"Pick me, Lucy!!" He called out. Lucy smiled and she was going to pick him first once they were told to.

"And the leader of Team Two will be Natsu!" Said Alzack. "Come on up!"

"What?!?!" He exclaimed, looking sadly at Lucy. He went up beside her and as Mira and Laxus talk about what the others should do.

Natsu said, "So, we're on opposing side, huh?" Lucy smiled.

"That's fine! Let's just see who's gonna win! But it's obvious that it's me!" Lucy replied proudly.

"You wanna bet on it?" Natsu smiled a mischievous smile.

"Of course I do." She replied. "The winners make the losers do whatever they want." She smiled.

"Now that's what I'm talkin' about!" Natsu exclaimed.

"Natsu! Pick your team. Only four people, alright?" Alzack said.

"Yosh!!" He exclaimed. "I pick Ice-breaker! Emo over there.....Happy freakin' puppy....and Mettalica!" Natsu smiled a childish smile and waited for the four unknown people to come up front.

"W-Who are those...? Please don't go calling them by names Natsu." Alzack scolded gently. Then the four boys walked up to the front and held Natsu's collar at the same time.

"......Don't go callin' us like that, you human conflagration...." They said angrily and instead of gulping and nodded back in silence. Natsu roared loudly replying with a...

"Hey! I'm the leader here so you're gonna listen to me, alright? Hahahahaa!!" The four sighed and went behind Natsu. "Let's just beat the girls and prove the better gender!" And with that being said all boys were energized and was ready to win!

"Alright Lucy, pick your team of four." Lucy scanned the area and saw four people perfect to beat Natsu!

"I pick Lisanna, Levy---"

"We're gonna win this Lucy! Just watch!" He said, punching his right fist onto his left hand.

".....Erza and Juvia."

"Uh...You know what...? Maybe backing out on the bet isn't a bad idea...." All of the boys nodded in agreement.

"No backing out boys~" Lucy sang as all the girls glared at them mischievously. I mean, this must've been the ultimate kiddy team ever! Lisanna with the sweet face but extremely intelligent mind that could trick you without expecting it. Levy, the brains! Juvia, the creepy and the worse possible person to deal with when it comes to something she wants, whether it's something petty or serious. And the most horrible person on the opposing side is the demon's spawn, Erza Scarlet. The wild and unstoppable, wise and knowledgable girl you could ever lay your eyes on!

With just the young and kiddies, you could already see their talents and skills developing! And going to the boy's side....all you can describe to them is

Natsu: King of the Fighters
Gray: Fighting with ice
Gajeel: Fighting hardcore
Rogue: Silent but deadly
Sting: Noisy but deadly

Yup...that pretty much sums everything up.

"Let's start! There are five stages, first one is making people trust you with just one meeting. A trust test. Second stage is the quiz bee, third is the swimming, fourth is the battle of strategy or in other words, just normal and yet difficult mind games, and final stage goes to the captains. Alright, pick your first player for
the trust stage!"

Everybody sighed in relief, relived because they weren't picked. I mean, this is serious! This is obviously war! All they had to do was cheer their best!

"I pick....Sting!"

"I pick Lisanna!" Lucy and Natsu exchanged glares as if they were silently telling each other 'I'm gonna win!!' .

"I'll do my best, everyone!" Lisanna shouted in enthusiasm, but at the end, Lisanna won with just a smile and a giggle, gaining the trust of a stranger in the camp, but Sting just failed it miserably with an unintentional ugly smile.

"It's okay, Sting...hehe...You can do better next time!" Cheered Alzack.

"Hahahahaha!!" All the boys laughed.

"There might not be anyone who can make an uglier face than that!!" Gray added, going back into a fight. Next was Quiz Bee....and of course the kiddy genius would win....she fought against Rogue. The next one determined who was the faster swimmer. They had to race on water to the finish line, but Gray, as Juvia was swimming, took a blower and fixed it so it could a freeze ray or gun of some sort and froze half of the pool and he ran on the frozen ice......making him disqualified. And instead of getting angry at Gray, all the boys laughed and played with the freezer gun Gray made, shooting Gray's feet, Gajeel's ugly face, Rogue's hair and Sting's tongue, laughing it out. The saddest stage was Sting's......he went against Erza.

It was a battle of brains or wit, strategy or something. Of course....We all know who wins. Obviously.

"Final stage!" Declared Laxus. The boys knew they had no chance, I mean, four out of zero, but luckily something came up. "Whoever wins this stage, wins the whole game." And with that being said, it gave the boys hope.

It was a finding game. Natsu was suppose to hide with his flag and Lucy too, but they have to snatch the flag of the other person for them to win.

"I'm not going to loose." Lucy said.

"Me too. I'll find you whatever happens! And I'm gonna win!"

They ran different directions and after a few minutes, they were allowed to search or hide. Lucy hid somewhere inside a bush, safetly hidden as Natsu was looking for her. There was a time limit, five minutes, so.....five minutes past and Natsu didn't find her, and Lucy didn't get Natsu's flag with all the hiding. It ended up a tie.

"A tie!!?!?" Exclaimed the boys. "'Ya gotta be kiddin' me!!!"

And with that everyone went inside to eat dinner and rest. That night all the girls cheered on Lucy and her team for being so amazing at the games just now, but at the boys' side, they were all screaming, shouting, and laughing with each other, of course no one will forget to fight, telling Natsu and his team how they sucked at the games!

The next day, they had time to look around the campus make friends.

"Lucy!!" Natsu shouted as he opened the door to the girl's dorm, walking in the corridors, and with that noise, all of the girl woke up except for Lucy. All of the girls went closer to Natsu in anger of their ruined sleep, scolding him and surrounding him to where he stood.

"H-Hey! I just wanna see Lucy!" Natsu managed to speak even in the chorus of scoldings. He heard a yawn from the door at the end of the hall and the squeaking of the door as it opened. Natsu jumped to see who it was, and it was Lucy, in her pajamas.

"Lucy!" He exclaimed as he pushes through the crown of girls.

"Natsu?" Lucy asked in surprise, rubbing her eyes with her hands. Natsu quickly ran to Lucy and away from the cranky group of girls. "What are you doing here?"

"It's a free day! We can do whatever we want today! So get changed and let's go!!" He said enthusiastically. Lucy giggled in reply.

"Okay, okay." She yawned. "Just keep your voice down, a lot of people are trying to sleep after the intense game yesterday. "Aren't you tired of yesterday?"

"I didn't really put on much effort on the stage I was in. It was obvious to who was gonna win....well, but it ended up a tie so. I rested so the past is past!"

"Let me changed first." She closed the door and after a few seconds the door suddenly swung open! "Let's go!" Lucy said enthusiastically and they ran out to play with the others.

Natsu pulled Lucy to a tree with a swing strongly tied to the branch with a thick looking rope. The place looked so amazing! And with the flowers and different kinds of plants surrounding it, it looked more than amazing!

"How did you find this, Natsu?" Lucy asked, not averting her eyes away from the sight . "It's just.....magnificent! It's...Woow!" She exclaimed.

"I know, right?" He smiled a cheeky smile and held Lucy's hand. Lucy looked at their hands, fingers entangled with one another, looking up at Natsu to see a smile that he only makes with Lucy...of course, she doesn't know that.

"Wanna try the swing?" Lucy nodded in reply and she sat there, but her feet didn't reach the floor since it was tied a bit too high for kids.

"Want me to push?" He asked and offered his help.

"Sure! Thank you!"

"Hold on tight, Lucy!" He exclaimed, taking a few steps back as pushed the swing with intense strength! Causing Lucy to fall off and hit the ground, maybe....20 feet away from the swing. "Lucy!" he called running to her aid. "A-Are you alright??"

"I'm fine...I just...fell that's all..."

"You're knee!" Natsu said, looking a bit panicked at Lucy's knee.

"Oh stop over reacting. It's just a little flesh wound, that's all." Natsu looked around and picked something up, then came running back to her.

"Uh..uhm....Here's a leaf, cover that with this." He said as gives her the green he picked up near the tree.

"Hahaha! Who puts leaves on a wound?" She giggled. "Thanks, but it's alright. I have a band aid here in my pocket." She pulled the band aid out and placed it on her knee.

"S-sorry about that..." The little pink haired boy apologized to Lucy as he scratched the back of his head, feeling a sense of guilt.

"It's fine. I'm okay just sitting on the swing." She smiled as Natsu blushed.
The camp lasted two more days, and the same things happened for the rest of the days.

After the camp, they were packing their things and everyone was in the bus, girls and were boys separated. Of course, the boys were all laughing getting all noisy and everything and kept telling Natsu how they sucked at the games and was just boys being boys.

Lucy sighed as all the girls rested and watched the sky turn dark. It was a very fun, yet tiring camp.
