Kiki's POV

I was circled by five vampires one moment, then the next I was on the ground. Everything happened so fast, but I'm able to recall what happened.
I was telling Darrick to leave when he told me there was more blood suckers with him. I was so shocked when four more vampires came out from behind the trees. There were two females and two males. They all look so beautiful, so perfect. They looked like goddess. Their face, their scent, their eyes, their bodies everything too perfect . I instantly froze unable to move.
Then breeze swept in. One of the females, one so pale with white hair, sniffed it in. Her eyes automatically became dark, her fangs showed, she crouched into an attack position. Then I flew to the ground.
I hit the ground so hard, but I quickly stood up in an defensive stance. Then I saw it. A ... a giant... dog? No not a dog ... It was a wolf! A huge ass wolf.
I mean I've seen big wolves before but this, this was something else. It fur was grey and so thick.
My eyes nearly fell out their sockets. Not only a vampire trying to eat me but a wolf too. I quickly ran up my tree.
The Wolf chased the vampires into the woods. This was my moment to escape, so jumped down the tree. I was about to take off running when I was stopped. The wolf was standing right in front of me. I fell back on to the floor. Like an idiot I covered myself with my arms defensively, and waited to be eaten alive.
Wait why aren't I dead yet? I looked up to see the wolf looking at me not with hungry eyes, but worried eyes. It's eyes! They look so familiar. It reminded me of someone.
I gasped," Kiju ?"
The wolf nodded.
" How? " I stood up and slowly walked towards him.
He leaned his head towards me gently.
" The legends, they are real? " I asked.
He nodded again. Then I pet his head, his fur is soft. But how? This isn't really, but it is I'm petting a werewolf. Not only any freaking werewolf, it's one of my best freaking friend !?!
" Holy shit! This is fucking weird." I yell
He looks at me shocked, then let's out a little bark. I'm pretty sure it was a laugh.
" Okay what kind of berries am I eating. What ever they are they are definitely kicking in now. " I say shaking my head.
This time he's literally howling with laughter. I scares me for a moment, it sounds like he's yelping. Then I'm laughing too. I hug him, and feel his fur, it's so soft.
I like this, I've always wondered he was the whole time. And he was so fluffy, so different, but his eyes were the same. They were kind and brave at the same time. This was Kiju, my Kiju. My best friend since childhood. It felt so relaxing standing there, I've missed him so much. I wondered where he went, Papa told me he went on a long hunting trip. But now I know, the legends say it all. He was slowly phasing into a werewolf. Phasing!
I jump up, " Kiju I've missed you so much! I want to see you, well... human you. Please phase back!"
He nods then gently scoots me back. He takes a couple steps back, and gives me a doggy smile, his tongue hanging out of his mouth and his teeth showing. I laugh it's sort of cute reminds me of a puppy.
Then he jumped in the air, there's no glowing lights or anything magical, like I've imagined, but he begins to run human. It happened so quickly. The moment he returns to the ground, he is fully human. I mouth drops open.
"WOW! " I gasp.
I was wrong. This was not the same Kiju I remembered. He was really different, his appearance was so breathtaking. His chest was bare. He only had shorts on, and boy was it a view! Plus his body grew more tall, and more muscle.
He chuckled, and walked towards me, " Miss me?" he asked.
Omg his voice. It was so smoother it lost it's high pitch I remembered. I couldn't speak, so I nodded my head. He opened his arms for a hug and walk towards me.
Then he hugs me, and hugged back, " Kiju! You've changed so much. "
" Do you like it?" he asked looking me in the eyes.
Okay I can't. This is too much. I mean he's really good looking but he's my friend. I only like him as a close friend. He knows that already, but yet he still does this to me. But right now I can't think, he so warm.
" Umm ... Sure. " is all I manage to say.
He smiles then looks straight into my eyes. He leans in closer, his breathe so warm. My head is spinning so fast. Closer and closer he gets then....
