I got a panic-attack yesterday, it was awful. I just cried and cried trying to muffle my sobs because I didn't want my stepmother to be angry at me for being a crybaby and crying loudly. She always tells me to stfu if I cry so meh.

It was on a floorball-match where two idiots from the other team pushed me...then the one on my left pushed me really hard to the right so I would fall on the floor but the other one was there so my foot just went crazy...no one knows what I mean but meh
