Aoi's POV

"Well, Ace. You certainly made a show." I said as Ace returned from sinking the enemy Barouque Works ships.

"Wow! Who is she?!" I heard Sanji ask.

"Hey, who are you?" Luffy called up to me. I smiled.

"There you are, Aoi. I was beginning to wonder where you got to." Ace said to me. I smiled at him.

"Eh? You know her, Ace?" Luffy asked.

"Yup. Luffy, this is Aoi. The head doctor of the Whitebeard Pirates." Ace said as I jumped down to the deck.

"Aaah! Aoi-chan, my love! You look as beautiful as an exotic flower growing in the darkest forest." Sanji said, going down on one knee before me.

"I mean... I knew he was like this. I guess it's only funny in the anime... In real life, it's uncomfortable... Now I know how litterally every female he talks to feels." I thought. I backed all the way behind Ace.

"Okay, that's not creepy and uncomfortable at all." I said.

"Head doctor?" Chopper asked.

"She's also my partner." Ace said.

"Oh, so you and Ace fight together." Luffy said.

"Uuuuhhhhh....." I said.

"Well... Luffy. You're not completely wrong. But I meant Aoi is my life partner. She's my wife." Ace said. Sanji fell to the deck, crushed.

"What a weird guy..." I said.

"Wife, huh? So does that mean you two are gonna make babies?" Luffy asked. Ace laughed while the rest of the crew and I reacted shocked.

"Just as I thought. Luffy is smarter than everyone gives him credit for." I thought.

"Well... I guess that's one way to think of it." I said. I finally stepped out from behind Ace.

"So, you're Luffy." I said. Luffy grinned.

"Yup!" He said. I smiled at him.

"Well... Hello, Luffy. I'm your sister." I said. Luffy stared at me.

"Oh! Because you're Ace's wife, that makes you my sister! I get it. Cool." Luffy said. Everyone facepalmed.

"I retract my previous thought." I thought.

"Hey... I know you." Chopper said. I looked over at him.

"Back in Drum. Doctorine was treating a patient inside a house. You were running away and you looked at me. You said something like "everything will be okay." Why did you say that?" Chopper asked me.

"Oh, because I saw you joining this crew." I said.

"Huh? Saw me?" Chopper asked.

"Hold on, how could you see Chopper joining us when we hadn't even gotten to Drum yet?" Nami asked me. I smiled at her.

"Well, because I was born in to this world with the unique ability that when I am to become close to someone, then I can see their past and their future as well as their present." I said.

"Really?" Usopp asked.

"It's how I knew where to find Luffy after he got separated from you guys. Aoi saw where he would be and told me where to go." Ace said.

"So you could tell us if we find the One Piece?" Usopp asked. Everyone stared at me.

"Nope." I said. They all stared.

"But you can see the future, can't ya? So why can't you tell us?" Usopp asked.

"That's the funny thing about the future. It's always changing, based on the desicions made. For example, had Luffy not turned around to watch the fight between Ace and Smoker, he never would have gotten separated from you and then you guys would have actually been taken by those Barouque works guys." I said.

"Really?" Zoro asked. I nodded.

"So Luffy's idiocy actually saved us this time." Zoro said.

"And it will actually continue to do so in the future." I said.

"You sure?" Usopp asked.

"For the most part." I said.

"Hey, Aoi-chan. You and Vivi look a lot alike." Nami said.

"Yeah, you two could be twins." Usopp said. I stood beside Vivi.

"We do look kinda similar." Vivi said.

"Nah. Vivi is taller that me, my eyes are green and my boobs are bigger." I said. Vivi blushed at my bluntness as Sanji swooned and Ace laughed.

"So what brings you to Alabasta?" Nami asked as we all sat around drinking. I rejected all alcohol offered to me.

"What, not a drinker, Aoi?" Zoro asked me.

"Well, I'm a Water woman. If I drank alcohol then I wouldn't be able to fight very well because of the alcohol mixed with my water." I said.

"We're hunting a man. A pirate by the name of Blackbeard." Ace told Nami.

"Blackbeard?" Luffy asked.

"He was the man who attacked Drum just before we got there." Vivi said. I nodded.

"He was a member of the second division, one of the men under Ace's command. Then... He broke the golden rule." I said.

"He killed a crewmate and jumped ship. It's my duty as commander to hunt him down and give out justice." Ace said.

"And you, Aoi-chan?" Nami asked.

"Me? Well I couldn't exactly let this big dope run around and get himself hurt with no help now, can I? What kind of Doctor or wife would I be if I let him run off alone?" I asked, taking a sip of water.

"Wow! Amazing! So you're the top Doctor of the ship?" Chopper asked me. I nodded.

"Yup." I said. Chopper gazed at me with starry eyes.

"I'm this ship's Doctor and I'd love it if you'd teach me a thing or two!" Chopper said. I smiled at him.

"I don't think there's much else I could teach you if you were trained by Doctor Kurea." I said.

"You know Doctorine?!" Chopper asked. I smiled at him again.

"Vision." I said.

"Oh, yeah. Aoi, you said you're a water woman. What did you mean by that?" Zoro asked.

"Aoi ate the water-water devil fruit." Ace said.

"Really? So you can control water?" Luffy asked. I nodded. I stood up from my seat.

"I can also do this." I said. I summoned my water armor, sword and shield. Usopp, Luffy, and Chopper freaked over how cool it was.

"I also can do this." I slid all my water in to my sheild and threw it at Luffy. The water armor formed around him.

"WHOA!!! And I don't even feel weak!" Luffy said. Usopp and Chopper flipped over how cool it was.

"Yup. And it doesn't seem like much but... Well, go ahead. Attack Luffy with all your might." I said. Sanji made to kick Luffy as hard as he could. Luffy didn't budge and Sanji cringed as his leg now hurt.

"That's because it hardens in anticipation for an attack. If someone shot me while wearing this, the bullet would either break or bounce off of me. And any sword would break on it." I said.

"Have you ever taken down a devil fruit user with this power?" Zoro asked. I retraced the water from Luffy.

"I'm not quite that mastered with it yet. But once I actually get certain attacks mastered, watch out enemy devil fruit users." I said.

"You wouldn't by chance know any healing techniques, would you?" Sanji groaned, still holding his leg.

"Oh yeah!" I knelt down by Sanji and summoned tears.

"Angel Tears." I said as the tears fell on to Sanji's leg.

"Wow. It feels better than it did before I kicked Luffy." Sanji said.

"That's the healing power." I said.

"Wow, Aoi. With that devil fruit, you're practically invincible. If you could take down devil fruit users with that, you could rule the world." Usopp said. I smiled.

"Nah. I have no interest of ruling the world. As long as I'm by Ace's side, that's enough for me." I said, sitting by Ace. Ace kissed my cheek.

"I'm a lucky man." Ace said. After that we discussed Yuba and the route we were taking there.

"Mind if we tag along?" Ace asked.

"Well, Ace, Aoi. It looks like you'll be with us for a little bit longer." Vivi said.

"We're glad to have you." Usopp said. I smiled. I was happy to meet them.
