In this scenario, Neo Flippy was just busy killing off some thugs that were trying to rob his own house while he was relaxing reading a good book until the Postal Dude appeared with a petition in his hands, asking the army bear to sign his petition.

However, Neo has heard about the Postal Dude and challenges him to a rap battle/fight to the death and if the Postal Dude wins, Neo will sign his petition.

Overtime, the rap battle was intense and Neo Flippy was not gonna give up that easily as he managed to quickly punch the Postal Dude in the face, resulting in breaking his sunglasses that made him very angry.

After the rap battle was over and both of them were out of bullets on their guns, the postal regretted nothing and put a grenade in his mouth, which is his biggest mistake as Neo shove the grenade down his throat and kicked him out of the way before the grenade exploded.

Even though Neo Flippy had managed to defeat the Postal Dude, he knows that he will eventually come back to get revenge on him for a rematch. But when he does, Neo will be ready for him when the time comes as he gladly signs his petition even after he lost the battle.
