(A/N: Kaneki was raped. I didn't want to write that, but so you know for the future of the story.)

Kaneki's P.O.V

I ran as fast as my legs would take me. I was crying the entire way. Why would he do that to me? Maybe because I was weak. I ran to the apartment, Hide wasn't home yet. I could tell because the door was locked. I unlocked the door and ran inside and slammed the door behind me. I took my shoes off and throw them against a wall with my backpack following. I slammed the bedroom door behind me and I landed on mine and Hide's bed. I hugged a pillow against me and cried into it.

I cried has hard as I could. Letting out some weird noises. I cried until I felt a hand on my shoulder. I jumped and started trying to hit and kick the person. "Kaneki! Kaneki! It's me!" I heard them say. I realized it was Hide. He grabbed my wrists. I stopped and looked at his concerned face. He saw that I was scared and had a face full of tears. He let go of my wrists and hugged me. It took me a couple seconds for me to hug him back, I was still shocked from everything.

He moved me so that I was sitting on his lap. And he started rocking me back and forth, like a baby. "Shhh. It's okay." He said putting a hand through my hair and rubbing my side. I had started to cry again, just not as heavy. I was starting to calm down.

He put a light kiss on my forehead,"What's wrong?" He said in a voice that calmed me down a little more.

"I-I don't w-want  to talk a-about it." I said looking away.

"Ken, I came home to you crying your eyes out and you tired to fight against me, but I did scare you. Please, tell me what's wrong."

I can't let him know. All I could say was, "I don't want to talk about it."

"Ken!" he shouted my name. Causing me to look up at him. "Please talk to me. I want to help you." He's face was very worried. He just wanted to help me, but I did want him to know what that ghoul did to me.

I just stayed silent until he spoke up, "Okay, I'll let you talk when your ready. And I'm sorry for shouting at you. I'm just worried."

"I-It's okay. I'm sorry too. Can you stay here with me?"

"Sure." He said as he held me closer. My head ended up on his shoulder and he held one of my hands. His chin was on top of my head. I felt so loved like this. After a while I started to get sleepy, probably from all the crying. Hide noticed this and moved us to where we were laying down under the covers. He kept his arms around me. I felt so safe and protected. I feel asleep after a few minutes.
