6 years later...

Kaneki's P.O.V.

When Tina and Len were starting learn how to walk, Tina walked behind Hide one time. But she trapped and when she did she held onto Hide's pants. Which ended up in Hide's pants falling down, revealing the beginnings of his grey boxers. He was able to hold them up for the most part. I just laughed at the whole thing, with Len sitting on my lap.

Len, before he was 6 months old, would cry every night. Me or Hide didn't know way he would do this. We tried him sleeping with us in our bed one night, but he still cried. All of this ended up in me and/or Hide being sleep deprived. Eventually Nishiki and Kimi caught on. And they took care of both of them for an entire day just for me and Hide to sleep.

When Len and Tina got their own room, we had turned the guest room into their room. Len cried the first three nights he had to sleep down there. Maybe because he got used to sleeping in our room. The forth night, and of course he was crying at the time, I got into his crib. And slept with him. I am small enough to fit in there. I guess the perks of being short. But I had Len against my chest and my knees behind him. Hide started to wonder where I was and walked downstairs. Of course he found me sleeping in Len's crib. He put a blanket over me so I wouldn't get cold. And I stayed there all night.

When it came to Tina crying it was ether because she was hungry or needed her diaper changed. Other then that she barely cried.

Year after year passed and now me and Hide were peacefully sleeping on a Saturday morning. Until we were woken up by a seven year old in purple pajamas jumping on our bed.

"Daddy, Papa, wake up!" Tina said as she continued to jump on the bed. Len was at the end of the bed watching his sister. Both me and Hide groaned. Tina continued to jump, until Hide wrapped his arm around her stomach and yanked her down. He put both his arms around her and held her close as she tried to get out. Len climbed onto the bed and made a spot against me. His face was in crook of my neck and he had his arms around my torso. I put one of my arms around him. The other arm I put under my pillow.

Tina still didn't give up on her little mission to get us all up. But in about 30 minutes of her trying things to get us up, we got up and walked downstairs. I made the kids favorite blueberry pancakes. While Hide got plates, forks, and knifes. And set them on the table. The pancakes were done and breakfast was served. Me and Hide got two mugs of hot coffee. We all ate together at the table. We were all laughing and talking with each other.

If only mom could see how happy I am now.
