She is considered a  pretty woman by Leorio which make him easily perverted towards her and she often smack down on her... She is is older sister of Mariko Ichijou who loved... Which led her role important.

Relationship with Leorio

Miyuki is really dislike of him due to his pervert side. She often hit him and he become more obedience like him and more like it. However, in turn, Miyuki really care on him as she feel sympathetic with him who lost his friends and she reminds of him who similar to her boyfriends. She and Leorio become lover after he decided to become a doctor and joined a Zodiac.... She is somewhat waiting for him for eternity life whichs she feel usually not to open her heart. Her feelings to Leorio was very requited and she was unaware that "Princes" must be waiting for his "Cinderella."
