Back Story: Carol lives in Ponyville with her best friend Pinkie. All her life Carol has been teased for being abnormally weird. She was abandoned by her family and ran away to Ponyville when she was a filly. There she met Pinkie and have lived with her ever since. Later Carol meets a colt name Bubble Berry and they start becoming very good friends. Carol is always there for her friends. Though she very nice she can very mean at times.

Thoughts: This sounds like a really good oc. But I think their is just a bit to much blue and the pink would stand out to much. I think that if you just make the eye color green or something, it would be better.  I really like the backstory your oc has because, it has a good mix of good and bad. Though, I feel as though you didn't add some important details. Like, why exactly did her family abandon her. But, other than that, this seems like a very good oc.
