Thoughts: This oc is ok. Although, there are some things wrong with it. The design is just a recolor of rainbow dash and the strange wings are a little distracting. Also I would suggest making the blue in the hair just a bit lighter. Another thing, your oc is too dark. I know it can manipulate shadows but you might want to turn down the darkness just a bit. Although, your oc does have good backstory other than the "bullied because of no cutie mark cliche" and it was very interesting. Also, she has still has some good things about her which is always good. Also the name Dark Steele is cool.
