Jonathan POV

"So how do you actually feel about Evan?" Luke asked.

I never really thought of this, I mean I like Evan as a friend and more but he is straight. "Probably just as a-" Evan came in with In N Out burger and stared at me and Luke. "Friend." I finished.

"Hey Jon." Evan greeted as he set the bag on a table, "Hi, Luke? Was it?" He held his hand out. Luke shook his hand and smiled.

"Mind if I have a couple minutes with Jon?"

"If it's ok with him." Luke turned to me and I nodded slowly. He nodded and went to the hallway.

"Brought you food."

"Thanks, where's my mom?" I asked, sitting up right.

"She's in the waiting room. I told her I'd bring you food." He smiled as he took out a cheeseburger. "So, I wanted to talk to you...about your arm."

I paused unwrapping my burger, "What about my arm?"

"It has my name. I-I can't help but think that this is my fault." He said, sympathetically.

'It is.' "It's not, I wanted your name to be the last on my mind, that's all." I smiled sadly.

"I still can't see why you went on that rampage, you seemed happy." He reached for my left arm. I tugged it away.

"Well, moods change like seasons." I said as I held my arm. "How's you and Sydney going?"

"Believe it or not, she wants me to get the expensive sound proof walls that I don't have enough money for yet."

"Those could actually come in handy, you can scream and she won't hear anything." I said and he chuckled.

"You just made it sound gross." He smirked and I rolled my eyes.

"You're saying I have a dirty mind?"

"Yeah." He laughed

"I don't have a dirty mind, I just have a sexy imagination." I smirked and he laughed.

"Is that so? Then what are you imagining now?" He leaned a little closer.

"About to punch you in the face."

"That's not romantic." He smiled and I playfully pushed him.

He laughed until Luke came back in. "Hey Evan, there's a girl here to see you." Sydney pushed Luke out of the way and pulled Evan away from me. "You weren't there to pick me up." She growled.

"I was helping my friend." Evan excused

"Yeah, but I could've gotten kidnapped! You want that to happen?" She glared at him then me.

"And as for you, Scar arms, I want you to stay away from him." She snarled and Evan held her shoulder.

"Leave him alone. Let's go home." He walked her out the door.

"I swear, you protect him more than me!" She said as they walked away. Luke came in and sat on the edge of my bed, handing me my clothes. "Here."

"The doctor said I wasn't leaving..?"

"Yeah, but that was when he didn't realize you had school, now let's go." He helped me up and removed the wires. I walked into the bathroom and got dressed. I walked out as I was fixing my jacket.

"What about your girlfriend Luke?" I asked and he shrugged.

"We'll keep in touch, besides, she knew how important you were to me." He smirked as he put his arm on my shoulder. We walked out to the waiting room and saw my mom fiddling with her keys. She saw us and held the front door open.

"So, who's ready to go home?" She said, swinging her keys around.

"I am so ready to be back in that baby blue bed with teddy." I said as I hug myself and pretend to be teddy.

"You really love that bear, don't you?" My mom laughed. "What's his name?"

I looked down and blushed a bit, "Evy-Bear." Luke chuckled a bit as my mom smiled.

"That, right there, is when you know you're obsessed with a crush." He laughed and I playfully punched him.

"So what? He's got Evan's clothes so it fits!" I said as I sat in the back seat behind the driver.

"Right, how about some music?" My mom clicked the button on the radio and I smiled, so did Luke. I glared at my mom before the song started, while singing with Luke.

"Ok, what's wrong with Verizon?" My mom shut off the radio and glared at me.

"Haven't you heard? iPhone has Siri. She'll do anything!" Luke said and my mom laughed.

"Jon, that's lazy. With Version you get to check the weather." She smiled and I shook my head.

"Please?" I gave her my best puppy eyes.

"I'll think about it." She continued to drive.

We got home and me and Luke got out, but my mom stayed in the car. "Boys, I'm going to get gas and I have to run to the store. I'll be back soon." We nodded as she drove away.

"C'mon. Let's play on my Xbox." I said as I dragged Luke inside. I ran up the stairs  as he followed close behind, and me beating him to my room. "Ha! I win."

"You never said it was a race!" He whined as I giggled. We sat on my bed as I gave him a controller. "Got any 2 player games?" He asked as I turned on the console.

"Just this one game called MineCart or Minecraft something like that." I said as I logged on and got an invite from, Evan..

"Should I accept?" I looked at Luke.

"Yeah, he's still your friend right?" I nodded and accepted.
