"Well by what time this all will be delivered to my house?" I asked straight.
"Ma'am at whatever time you prefer....?" said the salesman.

"Umm....let me think...yah...you can deliver all these by sharp 8p.m. Today...I'll be home by the time."

"Ok. Sure Ma'am.... anything else you would like to see in our exclusive store...??" Asked the salesman politely.

"No... that's all I wanted....I'll be get going now... please deliver them at the time...."

So,you might be thinking what am I saying about all that deliver thingy and all...so currently I was in a electronic appliances store to buy the necessary appliances for my new home....I am actually excited....I've bought so many things by now....such as Television, Refrigerator, washing machine, Microwave oven, Water purifier,etc.

I've also bought a beautiful sofa set, coffee table, curtains, dressing table, few photo frames, flower vases, and many other home decorative items....
I am doing all these because it has always been my dream to live in a highly decorated and beautiful house....elegant interior and so.... therefore I am actually fulfilling my dream right now....

FYI...I've been doing this all marketing thing from last three days and yet have not completed my shopping...as my wardrobe shopping is still left...and there's only one reason behind it....I can't do Cloth shopping alone.. especially for myself....I need someone to guide me to choose perfect outfits for me....and the only person who can do that is my dear mumma....but as she can not decide and guide me through video call.... I'll have to do it alone this time...I guess.

"And...DONE!!!...yey!!...I did it....my living room is done....gosh....I'm literally satisfied by its look...like seriously it looks my dream living space.

Now...I think the next thing I should do is to settle my kitchen....it was on the top of my list....but when I looked at the messiness of the living area...I got the urge to clear it ASAP.

As I walked to the kitchen tying my hair in a messy updo...my phone buzzed in my pocket...I took it out and looked at the notification....

Well...my purchased appliances are here....this means I'll again have to halt my kitchen settlement....guess what?....I think God wants me to die from starving....hehe....just joking...

"It's all done madam....all things are installed at the places you wanted them to.... anything else you want to get help with....?" asked one of the installation guy.

"No...thanks... it's all done...you guys did a great job and also reduced my workload a lot... thank you once again..." I said.

"Ok then...we will take our leave now....have a goodnight madam."

"Ok then... Goodnight" I sent them off.

Aish....i feel my eyelids getting really heavy now...but I  am glad that all the things are now installed and I can use them too....

Tomorrow I will have to go for cloth and accessories shopping....otherwise I will have to wear my loungewear on the very first day of my office....hehe...I can't let that happen though...

I plopped myself on the bed tiredly and slept without knowing myself.

Next morning
8:19a.m.

Sun shone brightly.... splitting it's sunrays through my French windows,
Making my room get lightened...oh...I love it.....such a peaceful morning.
I made myself sit on the bed slowly and stretched my arms up and slowly massaged by back....it had quite recovered from the pain...but still I am taking some medications which was given to me by Taehyung.

Speaking of him, an involuntary smile appeared on my face which gone unnoticed by me....but it soon fell...I hadn't heard from him since the night he had came to drop me by my house.
I guess....he must've forgotten me by now... he's a busy person....it was all a make up for my good deed that I had saved his beloved puppy.... Yeontan....
But....if I say the truth....I miss their company.... especially Taehyung's...he is really nice, bubbly and damn serious and intimidating at the same time. He could have been my best friend I guess. Also, I don't know anyone else here, I feel alone sometimes....but whatever....it will go way as soon I will join my work...I know.... being a managing director of such a big company is rather not easy...I will not even get time to think about my loneliness....Just I hope he's doing all good....

But....
I've his number....why not text him...huh?

"This one or this one....or that one....ughhhh...it literally sucks....I can't decide what to buy"....walking from one store to other and then the another.... that's all I have been doing since the time I've came in this mall....I wish I knew how to choose and buy outfits on my own....others would seriously laugh on my this instinct....

This is the last store....okay...I've got this....I can do it....

I entered the store and got welcomed by a young saleswoman....it was quite beautiful.... mannequins with stylish pant suits...both for men and women.... sophisticated interior....with large mirrors...wait?...why am I giving an account on store? Ofoo...I always get distracted....

"Excuse me...Ma'am...How can I help you?..." a young lady came and asked me.

Well, I was thankful to her internally...finally, somebody came to my rescue...

"Umm...yeah!...I want some elegant and sophisticated kind of pant suits or officewear suitable for official purpose..." I said elaborately.

"Sure, Ma'am...come this way...I will show you...!" She said cheerfully.

I have tried a lot of outfits and liked almost all of them....thanks to this lady... she's actually very friendly...she helped me and immediately recognised my sense of fashion.

"Well, I guess...I like all of them...so pack these all.... I'll be buying them all..." I said.

"Sure,Ma'am" she went away.

As she went for billing, I took glance out through the glass door of the store.... bustling people all over the mall...it was quite crowded....I wonder if it is this crowded every day??...
As I was looking here and there.... something caught my eye....and attention too...

He was walking out of a lotte duty free cafe with a group people or should I say his subordinates....he was actually looking handsome and dashing....i was not able to take my eyes off him....

"Ahem...Ma'am your billing is done...here they are..."

"Oh...thank you...".I said quickly and turned around to look for him....but by the time I turned around he was gone....guess what?...I missed it....I missed him...oo sorry...I meant to say I missed the chance to greet him....let it go y/n.

"Hey...hey..hey... Calm down...I swear on the name of god...mumma....I've chosen bestest of the best outfits....you will be amazed yourself....how I chose such nice office wear on my own...." I said while walking on the street hitting the ground with my each step...talking with my mom through video call...

"Ok...ok...I see.....don't make yourself too proud of it....I will not say anything until and unless I see it through my own eyes..." She said scrunching her nose a bit.

I really love her...I adore her, her taunts and scolds really make me feel...that I'm still alive...I really don't know what I would have done without her.... she's literally my life...

"Oo...hello...?!!...where are you??....what are you thinking...huh?!... don't tell me...you've already fallen in love in Korea with someone....are you??!" She said slightly excited...well she is always like this....she has always wanted me to get engaged...but I have always avoided it....just for the sake of my career....

"Umm... actually I have fallen in love...but not with someone in Korea but with someone back in California...you know??" I said seriously...

Here she goes....

"Whattttt?!???.....am I alive or my ears need to be checked....reallyyy?? Y/nnnn....you didn't told me....and now you are telling me...aish...this girl....what should I do with her....oh god...."

"Stop...stop...stop.... you are literally damaging my eardrums now with your screaming....atleast listen to me first...." I said immediately.

"What?!!"

"I've fallen In love with...."

She.... getting her face close to her screen....as if she's going to come out of the screen any minute now...

"Youu....muahhh..." I said giving her flying kiss.

"You little brat....I'll kill you....you come....then I will show you..."

"Yup.... challenge!!"she said.

Hahaha....we both laughed together....at our own silliness....

"Come on baby!...how much will you get yourself engrossed in your work life....huh?... don't you need someone to comfort you.... someone who could give you love...take care of you all time...stand by you...no matter what....you know...love life is as much important as work life....we all need love sometime in some part of our life.... there's always need of love in our life....just we only ignore it....you think...you have me....so that's all you want....you don't need someone else....but it's not true at all....after all...I'll not be there for you for rest of your life...will I ??" She asked at last getting a bit emotional.

Well...by now... unknowingly...I have also started crying slowly....I can't think about my life without her.....cuz she is my life....but a part of me also knows what does she mean...and it's true what does she mean actually....

"Umm...I know mumma...but I am waiting for the right person...you know...I have never met the kind person...or ...felt the kind of feeling you had felt when you had met Dad..." I said softly.

Her eyes glimmered on hearing dad's name...I knew I had hitted at the right place of her heart....she remained silent for a moment and then spoke...

"Baby...always do remember...I believe you and not only Believe but I am proud of you too...and I know very well.... whatever you will choose for yourself....you will choose correct and best for your self....Mumma too loves you..." She said as her eyes glistened.

"Hmm...I miss you mumma" my voice cracked....but I can't show my this side to her other wise she will get weak...She has me and only me....no one else....so I quickly changed the tone....

"But don't worry....I promise I will give my best...." I said giving her my most sincere smile.

"I know Darling...also don't worry...my sixth sense tells me...you will soon find someone just as smart,handsome, intelligent,loving and caring guy... just like your dad....hehe..." She said laughing softly....

"Ok...ok...enough....I need to rush now... otherwise I will not be able to wake up early in the morning...bye ..lub you!!"

"Ok...stay safe and lub you too..." She said in baby voice....

She's literally my baby....

I cut the call...while talking to my mom....I had completely lost track of time and also of my home....I stood In complete Shock...as I found myself at a completely unfamiliar place and oddly dead silent environment.

"Oh shit....where am I ...." I said in Whisper voice.

"You're with us Gorgeous...!"
Said a manly voice from behind near my ear...

Shivers ran down my spine...as complete horror took over me....
