Y/n POV

Taehyung took me to a famous shopping Destination popularly known as Myeongdong. Myeongdong is a cosmetic lover’s paradise. I got to see all the popular Korean cosmetic brands in Myeongdong, from Innisfree and Etude House to Tony Moly and MISSHA. Myeong Dong has ABUNDANT beauty stores and brand, I felt my heart literally fly away the moment I stepped into this crazy shopping district. My mouth got agape in overwhelming excitement and it made me embarassed as Taehyung was noting all my expressions in his camera while giving his deep ringing laughs in between...we went to many shops and I bought only those items on which there was a 1+1 offer applied...Aside from my popular trusty beauty brands’ flagship stores, it also had beauty stores that house a few brands together. While going from one store to another, many shopkeepers tried to lure us by offering free masks...that also herbal. But I felt bad when I accepted them and came out of the shop just roaming inside and buying nothing....lol.
I noticed that there are both expensive and cheap products available in the market...and as for me I opted for the cheap cosmetics only...even though Taehyung was continuously trying to convince me to buy only expensive products cuz according to him cheap cost products are cheap too...only if he knew that most of the branded cosmetics were costing me just a penny of my pocket according to my previous salaries...so why to buy expensive ones...It’s not a secret that cosmetics and skincare in Korea are very cheap, since that is where they come from. Later, we went to an exclusive shop of backpacks...there even Taehyung was not able to control himself  and we both ended up buying Similar bagpacks. . We got a huge backpack with decent quality at only 10,000 KRW! I felt happy as now I  can put so many things, including my laptop inside it,  woohoo! Good to go for my new workplace...I bought so many cosmetics there and Taehyung was helping me to carry them...or should I say he was not letting me to carry my own shopping bags and looked like a porter...I actually felt bad for him but what should I say?....I admit that I don't use too much of cosmetics as doing make up troubles me a lot and I am lazy af in it...But lo and behold, I was like any other girls who probably would never find themselves having too many cosmetics… Basically, #ILostControl in the heaven of cosmetics in Myeong Dong! :P

After a few more rounds of shopping stores, I decided to put a full stop on shopping as we both were now tired and out of energy due to hunger as well...after a walk of 5 mins from Myeongdong, we reached to a cat cafe and we went inside to rest for a while. We were given slippers to wear before getting inside as it's important to maintain hygiene in such places. It was really a good step to come to this cafe as I literally got lured to a Cat Mascot there... Taehyung ordered us Creamed latte Cappuccino as we enjoyed playing with multiple cats surrounding us sitting on soft furry floor mats...as I was feeding a cat and peppering her with soft pats, through the corner of my eyes I felt Taehyung's intense stare at me...after those two heart throbbing moments I had with him today during our tour....I felt my heart fluttering in my throat and my eyes twinkling with fascination whenever I gazed towards him...making me unable to have a eye contact with him. I excused myself to use restroom and went out. As I looked myself at the mirror, I felt strange as my cheeks were glowing with a soft tint of pink and my eyes were shining with new hope and oomph in them. I felt a benevolent form of spritual energy running throughout my body making me feel more optimistic and enthusiastic ever than before. Was I always like this?...or was it all happening now only?....it didn't took me much time to realise that now I needed to solve this puzzle as soon as possible....the puzzle about my feelings for Taehyung....I need to put every piece of this puzzle on its right place and wait for the perfect picture to come out that it bears...

I came out of the washroom and made my way to where Taehyung was sitting. But soon something caught my eyes, Taehyung was talking to girl of just my age and patting a cat that was settled in the lap of the girl.... smiling eye to eye and a bit shyly as well.... unknowingly I felt a rush of jealousy run through me and I made my way to them but trying my best to keep my calm. As I neared them, I heard a few bits of their conversation...
"Oppa...she's really beautiful...but you are handsome too...I think you should take participation in this contest with her...otherwise I won't mind to be your partner as well because I think we will make a good partnership too..." And with that she winked towards him to which he just looked into his lap...avoiding her gaze. But in a split of seconds he looked back at her and said," I am sorry but I am not interested....thank you for approaching me but...please find someone else...you should probably leave now..." He spat at her and she made a poker face at him and soon left. I felt as if I won some kind of battle when Taehyung shooed that girl away...but what they were actually talking about??....who she was and why she approached him?...what contest?...what partnership?...who's beautiful?....but most importantly she was literally flirting with him in public....again I felt my anger boil in jealousy and I made my way to him stomping....
"Who was she??" I spat.
"Huh..oh...you are here...what took you so long?" He asked rather than answering my question.
"Taehyung...I asked you something...please answer..." I said calming my nerves.
"Um..I don't know who she was!...but she had approached me to take part in a upcoming Couple's Fashion Contest in downtown Seoul...but I shooed her away...she wanted me take part in it with her cuz she thought I am handsome and charming just like a model...but I am not interested so I refused" he said giving me a detailed explanation. I felt myself getting relaxed after his explanation and sat on the mat...not saying anything to him...
"Hmm...I see...but who's beautiful according to her?" I asked cuz it was the only question he didn't answered.

"You..." He said.
"Me?!!.." I asked in shock.

"Yes...you" he said calmly.
"But...how??!..how does she know m-me.??" I asked.
"I showed her your photo..." He said again calmly but it was making my nerves stand in shock and confusion.
"But why??!" I asked.
"Cuz she was reluctant to not let me go and so at last I had to lie to her that I am already committed...she was really flirting with me shamelessly and calling me oppa continuously making me feel sick in my stomach..." He disclosed all the truth and my mouth left hanging in air....my eyes widened in utter shock and I felt my cheeks melting with burning sensation caused by blushing in them...he was looking at me with doe eyes...and i blinked at him not knowing what to say next...
"Ooh..." That was all I could let out.
"But why do you ask all this?" He asked out of nowhere with a mischievous grin carved on his face. Why was he grinning like that?
I felt like a miserable deer caught in headlights...I started to look here and there to avoid his eyes. Somewhere I myself, didn't knew the answer to this question...
"Umm...ah..just like that...just curious..hehe" I laughed out.
"Ooh...I see" he said eyeing me still with that grin plastered on his face...making me self-conscious.

Taehyung POV

Her eyes were speaking on her behalf....even if her mouth was speaking Something else...her voice was showing disloyalty to her. Even if she said she was just curious...her voice and eyes displayed otherwise. It was crystal clear from her facial expression that she was burning in jealousy...and it outpoured through her eyes and voice. I felt balls of glee bursting inside me for an unknown reason and I was yearning to hug her very badly and so I did...I hugged her.
" I think you are tired and hungry...let's go to a restaurant for dinner and then we will get back to home...okay!?" I said with my head still in her hair...
"Hmm..." She hummed in agreement.

Time Skip

We went Itaewon to have dinner...
Taehyung chose Maple Tree House, a BBQ dining restaurant. When I saw Maple Tree House, which have branches internationally, I recognized it as it has its branches in California and Texas also in US and was skeptical whether I would like it but I decided to give it a try.  We were pleasantly surprised and happy with the quality of the food and excellent service throughout the night! The staff were very attentive and grilled our meats for us ~~ and I liked how it wasn’t smoky in Maple Tree House... thanks to their better ventilation machines whereas the other BBQ places will make you smelling like BBQ....I am stating this fact with my very own previous experiences I had....we enjoyed our dinner very well and now I was feeling hella sleepy...

We are now going to home in his car...I am yawning continuously as my eyes are feeling heavy.... suddenly he spoke.
"Umm...don't you think we are lacking in something to put an end to the night??" He asked.
I looked up at him from my seat with a frown... absolutely filled with confusion.
"Um...like what?" I asked.
" Clinking Cheers of Soju Bottles!!" He exclaimed with his boxy smile on display. I laughed at his cute happy self and said, " I am not going to stop you today....do as you wish...but let me tell you I never had Soju ever before...so I don't know whether I will be able to handle it you know..." I said stating the truth.
"It's ok....I will handle you if you will not be able to...don't worry...let's go." He said in excitement and I rolled my eyes at him playfully.

We went to Mapo Pocha Street to have some Soju...it is one of the most popular pocha streets in Seoul.  Getting through the street...we found many office workers and Couples enjoying in tent bars and laughing together with the clinking of their soju shots...the scene was merry...The alley is conveniently located between Mapo Station and Gongdeok Station.
Taehyung told me that he often comes here to enjoy himself after hectic hours of his work...maybe I will also come here to have sometime to myself and enjoy just like other workers after I join my new job...I smiled at the thought.
We went to a secluded Tent bar with not so much people around and we ordered 'Chamisul' brand Soju with some Garlic Fried Chicken with complimentary portions of sliced carrots and cucumber salads with a free dip as their service.
Taehyung swirled the bottle around for a couple of seconds, then slapped the bottom of the bottle with his palm and poured me a shot of Soju and told me to raise my glass in the air, and say 건배 (geonbae), and then we clinked our glasses with each other and said in unison "(geonbae)". Later on I got to know that the word implies that you should then drink the whole of your drink, but this is not actually necessary. Reluctantly, I gulped down the shot of Soju in one go with my eyes closed tightly in anticipation that it will burn in my throat but what surprised me was that it resembled a low-alcohol, tasteless version of vodka, but it's more viscous and a little sweeter. Soon, there were more clinks of our glasses and in a moment of an eye we were now enjoying our third bottle with fried juicy chicken...
But I was very little aware of this that Soju doesn't waste time. It cuts straight to the point and gets anyone drunk very quickly. But as for me I was in so much of bliss at the time that I was drinking continuously with Taehyung wiggling his eyebrows at me in playful manner...he seemed to be more conscious than me...he was cracking jokes and we both were laughing like maniacs at his silly of the silliest jokes...soon I started to feel light headed and a bit tipsy...I was squinting my eyes to gain my blurry sight back to normal but I think I was worse for a drink...I felt woozy and bubbles and dots started scattering at the back of my head...
I sighed and threw my head back in my chair....not knowing someone was feeling intoxicated by my actions...

Taehyung POV

I was dumbfounded like for real...I never ever had thought that Y/n was a blind drunker like this....but somewhere I enjoyed her expressions...we both laughed like maniacs in the city and were even able to grab the attention of many people around us...after our third bottle of Soju...y/n's expression and body language totally changed and it depicted that now she was at the verge of hangover...I needed to stop her and so I quickly grabbed the glass from her hand and hid it. She was squinting and rolling her eyes   and letting out deep sighs...though she was very quiet now...I looked at her mesmerizing face which was now totally shaded in deep shade of scarlet red...her hair which I had tied before was getting loose...letting a few curls  of her hair to come on her face...she was looking up at me with goo-goo eyes...making my heart thump against my chest making me feel intoxicated under her tipsy gaze. Suddenly, she threw her head back letting out a frustrated groan followed by a sigh making me feel butterflies in my lower stomach....that was...HOT AF.
Shit!Shit!Shit!...I shouldn't think such things... probably this is all because of Soju in my system...but not to mention but I have a very I high tolerance to alcohol...for which I am very thankful as I am able to control my consciousness...but it seems to be different with Y/n...she has a very low Alcoholic Tolerance and I can sense it through her current condition only...I can feel the beads of sweat forming on my forehead indicating my physical instability....I quickly stood up from my chair and went on her side....to take her home.
"Y/n..come..let's go home now...it's enough for tonight...!" I said holding her shoulders in order to make her stand and walk to our car....
"Okieee.... Taehyungie....let'sssss goooo!!...vroommmm!!!" She stood up in order to go but soon lost her balance over her feet and landed in my arms...I knew that she will not be able to walk on her own so I held her in my arms and she wrapped her arms around my neck in order to support her drunken figure...she had started to blabber a few things by now as I settled her on the car seat and went to the steering wheel of the car to start the engine...but shoot!...I forgot to tighten her seatbelt...so I stood up a little from my seat and took my hand to her seatbelt and tightened it around her but when I looked up at her face...our lips were just inches away and she was looking at me with again doe eyes of hers making me feel weak to control my emotions...and our lips slightly brushed with each other but I quickly sat back in my seat so as to not let things get out of hand and drove off. I knew her state was not helping me in any way....

Time Skip

Stumbling on my feet, I made my way towards the living room with y/n on my back...she demanded for a piggyback ride at the last moment while getting out of the car...and I couldn't deny her...
By now I was also feeling wobbly in my knees and I felt my breathing getting unsteady with each passing minute. Suddenly, I became light-headed and as a result crashed on the couch with a loud thud....
with me on top of her..suddenly I felt a kick from behind and I fell on the cold floor groaning in pain...
"Owu..."
I looked up with fuzzy eyes at her and saw her eyes closed....she did unintentionally I guess.
I again sat back on the couch beside her, and she wrapped her arms around my torso, putting her head on my left shoulder... murmuring random things.
"Tae...tae...you-shu...*hiccup* kitschy..handsomew...thunku..mijing mai lyff bootifool.*hiccup*....I...u..*hiccup*...i..wuv you..." She was saying such things that it was difficult for me to make out what she was trying to say...but I knew...she was talking about me only... wrapping my arms around her...I let my head rest on top of her and we both passed out on the couch itself...too out of sense to go to our bedrooms letting the beautiful day come to an end.
